The shane/earl stream is now FREE FOR ALL at http://www.ustream.tv/channel/tarshow
Update: Justin is putting it up for open access at http://www.ustream.tv/channel/tarshow right after the current rack ends. Allow a few minutes for setting that up and then we should all be able to watch.
It looks like a ton of people are getting the "no access" or "Access pending" error. Justin is 100% aware of it and working on it right this second.
If you have this error: email justin@theactionreport.com with your username. I believe he is going to issue new passwords to the people having issues. Not sure if that fixes it but he's on top of it.
Keep in mind, he's had to miss all of the match so far to try to take care of it, so he's in the same boat as you guys. I have no idea what the cause of the issue is but I think it's on the end of the stream provider, not on justin's end or paypal's. It's probably not a setting on anyone's computer either.
I can't make guarantees TAR, but in the past... 100% of the people who had trouble watching the stream got their money back. Nobody ever paid, couldn't watch due to technical issues, and justin just kept their money. Not once.
Obviously you'd all rather he keep the money and fix the issue and that's exactly what he's trying to do right now. We haven't heard a word of commentary from Justin because he's busy with dozens of emails trying to fix the issue for everyone who has it.
PS: if you just bought it and your issue is you don't know where to go next, go to http://www.theactionreport.com and look at the blue box of text on the right. Click the part that says "Returning users" and take it from there.
