That’s hard to believe. Got a link to a video and timestamp?Cue and shoot never looking at the cb. Some views were very close-up, and their eyes never were on the cb.
I'll try to find someThat’s hard to believe. Got a link to a video and timestamp?
Most broadcast/streamed videos are not very good at picking out eye patterns. They tend to focus on other things, like where the balls are going. That’s hard to believe. Got a link to a video and timestamp?

Yeah, it's pretty disappointing how little technique is visible on most matches. Most broadcast/streamed videos are not very good at picking out eye patterns. They tend to focus on other things, like where the balls are going.
They're aware of the cb's position while lining up. after that its just a few back-n-forth eye shifts and then ob last. send it.Cue and shoot never looking at the cb. Some views were very close-up, and their eyes never were on the cb.
True, but the OP mentioned seeing this on videos. Most broadcast/streamed videos are not very good at picking out eye patterns. They tend to focus on other things, like where the balls are going.
That's how I learned, back and forth several times and looking at the OB last.True, but the OP mentioned seeing this on videos.
I remain skeptical - many players look at the CB first thing when placing the bridge hand and getting down, and it’s rare to see that stage of the process on video. I can’t imagine a high level player never taking at least a quick direct look at the CB and tip in their PSR, and many go back and forth once or twice between CB and OB.
I especially like the oblique, from the bleachers views. They even do one hole this way. Pointless to even watch half the time.Yeah, it's pretty disappointing how little technique is visible on most matches.
I hate watching the break shot from behind the rack. I can see the breaker rise up but I can't see if they are shifting their weight forward.I especially like the oblique, from the bleachers views. They even do one hole this way. Pointless to even watch half the time.
Basically can't tell anything aside from did or didn't miss.I hate watching the break shot from behind the rack. I can see the breaker rise up but I can't see if they are shifting their weight forward.
