When a cuemaker tells you that your cue is in the mail, what is the appropriate amount of time it is proper to wait before asking about it?

Depends. If you are in the same city I would say a week. If you are in Sweden or Mongolia then maybe 8 - 10 weeks.

Supposedly shipped FedEx, I'm in the US.

I really don't want to badger but it's getting ridiculous.

As soon as they say that........ ask for the tracking number.
That way you don't have to bother anyone.

I shipped a Q via fed -ex, today to PA & they said 2 days...JER

I was gonna say that! However, if a cuemaker says the product is shipped...that is a different story...providing tracking information would be the right thing to do. Before cuemaker says it's shipped...it's the twilight zone where time can be elastic, despite good intentions! :eek:

1 or 2 day fedex. a whole week is insane to be stored in some warehouse or somesuch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can see it now.............. comic strip of the future.........
It's rubber armed "cuemaker man" .......fighting crime and by passing the postal service by sending cues with a long stretch!

Poor guy that started this thread is prolly wondering what he got himself into!
