i have been searching the interwebs for a new cue. Are sites like pooldawg, billiardwarehouse and cheapcues a good place to buy a new cue. Has anyone bought cues from any of these before?

I've had a good experience with all 3....I also really like Nielsen's Billiards and Seyberts Billiards...Last two especially...

All 3 are good sites
I have bought several times from Pooldawg and never a problem.

I like Pooldawg and Seyberts. Both have really great customer service but I think Seyberts tends to have better deals. The one time I dealt with Billiardwarehouse I had problems with a back order that got lost in the shuffle, but that was probably an anomaly rather than the standard.

Due to your name I'm guessing you might be Canadian. If so I will tell you that I have bought form a lot of places and the only time I have been very disappointed was when I ordered from Billiard warehouse.
Also if you have the choice I would highly recommend using USPS for shipping. I know other opinions may vary but my experience has consistently been good when shipped with USPS and I have had several issues with other couriers.

cue

i would try McDermott cues also......deal direct with them....decent prices also on lower end cues.................mike

I've done business with the Dawg and they are good. Seyberts gets most of my business, they really know customer service, are fast and they keep this site alive.
