Ken,

Check the mid 1990`s Hand of the Masters calendar. Paul Drexler had another identical one of these Spain blanks in one of his cues. When I spoke with Paul at the time, it seems to me Paul originally had a couple of these blanks. I wanted Paul to make me a cue with one of the blanks, but they had been used already.

I don't know who the remarks were directed at, but I'm glad there off my post..

Your correct.. Paul did have a few Blanks that he held onto. I had a couple of the cues that he converted, but this is the last one..
Looking foward seeing you in a couple weeks in Houston...

I was aware of the engraved buttcap, but I didn't think it was necessary to show it.. Guess I was wrong..

Tell me, did the blank have the maple inlay in the points? Most impressive cue. HEH

Can anyone e-mail me pictures of this cue? The firewall at work kills all the linked photos on here and I'd really like to see this one. I hope to have a Spain one day if for no other reason than we share a first name. Thanks for the help.

The maple is from the original blank of Burtons.. Paul made sure he constructed it to show off the blank..

The inlays are very unusual... They are actually Ivory and MOP..
