internal mezz shaft diameters

Anyone ever cut up a mezz shaft to see what the internal diameters look like?

I hit with a mezz shaft and always wanted to know why they feel more solid than a predator.

it's probably the carbon fiber rod that they insert in some of their shafts. which shaft were you trying out?

No, but I had a big problem getting a tip to stay on their break shaft...JER

I've already see what the mezz internal shaft, on what i discovered it has a hole. from the ferrule tenon to the brass insert..I forgot whats the name of shaft..other there was a carbon graphite insert on the first couple of inches..

Because Mezz shafts are solid maple, not laminated. Makes a big difference, IMO.
