Unlike yourself Mr. Wheat, CE is a man of his word... so you will receive it, and probably will before this week is out. It will also be in better condition than you sent it to him. It's to bad he had to pay someone else to resize the shafts "to his exact specifications" that you failed at. Seems that Willee was a lot faster at doing that than you were....8 months, vs. a matter of days. Now thats ahead of the curve!! It's to bad he couldn't get someone to add in those missing 2 other points for him......

I will give you credit for one thing, you have repeatedly shown yourself to be the EXACT type of person that myself and others pegged you for 9 months ago. It's just to bad that the mods deleted the threads inwhich we were ringing the alarm bells in, then this whole mess with CE would have been avoided as he wouldn't have done any business with you in the first place.
Have a wonderful time finding another business as I doubt that you'll be getting too many other customers from forums, the word has been spread around quite loudly. Enjoy

He just popped up another greenie, he was at 5 now 20 minutes later he's back up to 6. Makes one wonder if he has other log in names and is repping himself??? I find it hard to believe he has that many friends here anymore. Unless he's buying reps with WHEATIEBUCKS?

I got rid of the last bright green one a little while ago, and now it's back... the only way he could have other log-ins with any rep'ing ability would be if they've been around a long time building up a reputation of their own. Highly unlikely. Somehow it seems like people are choosing to support him...

Makes you wonder...

Was shipped today. Priority Mail. Delivery confirmation number;

I am a very experienced packager, as I ship things daily. The cue was shipped in a near bulletproof tube.

It's insulting for you to say it may be received in anything but the same condition I received it. But that's OK, because I'm considering the source.

This will ABSOLUTELY be my last post about all this. So, don't say anything that would cause me to have to respond. Do whatever you want to do with the money. I WILL accept it. It won't make or break me, but I would rather have it than not have it. It's your choice.

I sure hope that whoever Eddie has "lined up" to buy this cue follows through with that purchase, otherwise there is zero chance of Eddie giving Charlie a refund.

Even after selling it you would have to say the chances for refund are not good based on Eddie's history, but the chances are looking up thanks to the AzBilliards community putting the heat on and helping to look out for one of their own! Way to go guys!

By the way Eddie, are you also going to compensate Charlie for his out of pocket expenses (including the repairs, the shipping for the repairs, and also the shipping back to you) incurred while correcting your errors?

Its like a nightmare. I open an eddie wheat thread an my blood pressure elevates an I feel like I'm going bazook. I hope nobody else feels this way.
I think personally for myself though seeing eddie running out green is a great tonic.

Actually that's the whole point of the Silver straw vs. the gold straw so there is a distinct differenc between " silver - stock/generic" and " gold - true custom cues" this way I can cater to both sides of the market and everyone in between and not have to say no to anyone when it comes to bulding them what they want even if I have to redo it completely.. Insulting Mr. Edwards ability to do as he says is a new low for you. To date you are the only one that has failed to maintain his word.

You deserve every Red Rep you are getting. Does it "sting a wee bit"? Tell the truth about your petty threats while misrepresenting your product. At least give a potential customer fair warning.Remedial courses in addition(counting points),the use of a ruler,use of a calender and a post office are recommended.You might also consider recording the customers instructions regarding the other basic aspects of a cue so as not to become confused with the other cue you claim to be building.

The day you become an "honorable man" will be the day you stop posting and your actions speak the truth. Until then good luck with your road to redemption.

I just now knocked him back six more pages. He is down to just 4 green boxes and is now on page 51. With everyones help, progress IS being made.

Honorable person? Was that an attempt a humor? You can seek redemption when your actions speak so much louder then your words. Until then when it comes to your "honor"... "That dog don't hunt" , a weasel is a weasel and that turd won't float!

Maybe , and I have my doubts , your capable of learning from your mistakes.Your track record indicates you a bit slow to figure it out.However, if the light comes on, produce a good product.Let a respected cue builder/maker review it and stop posting.Try to watch your foul mouth and petty threats.Such things are not in your best interest.The more you post , the worse you appear.

I am not a big fan of piling on, kind of like Neil's response in the other thread; however, I think I reached my limit and actually gave red rep for the first time ever...

I can't believe he came back to this thread and starting talking about Charlie's cue again with no sincere apology ever... Just makes me shake my head...
