IP addresses for certain IPT supporters...

Also from the techie side of things:

The IP address that the main naturalcures.com website is sitting on is (more than likely) in a hosting facility, no telling where.

The IP addresses that their office computers are on are going to be a COMPLETELY different range of addresses.

The only real way to sniff out people via IP addresses is to have the IP or the variety of IP addresses that were assigned to a computer used to post here, a computer *known* to be in their office at the time of the posting, and to compare that/those IP address(es) to the IP addresses tied to posts by other people. Even then, it's not 100% unless you've got the network data from their connectivity provider, stating clearly what range of IP addresses are assigned to what customer, etc.

If you don't have that hard info, then all you have is speculation and guesses.

(OK this is weird - someone changed the clock on the forum's server just before I posted this reply - Russ's post below, starting out "It would be nice" is the initial post in this thread)
 
It would be nice if the admins here would do us all a favor and do a little research into certain posters like jaspers, and see what organization / geographic area they are actually posting from.

No need to post the IPs, but it would be interesting to know if jaspers was posting from the (let's throw a WAG out there) Chicago area, or if he had an IP that just HAPPENED to be on the NaturalCures.com domain.

Not saying he is Kevin. Not saying he is Deno. Not saying he is any other IPT / Natural Cures employee. But based on 2 or three minutes of research on the IP addresses, we might find some VERRRY interesting results.

I think there are one or two other posters that fall in the same vein, but jaspers is the only one that comes to mind.

That would be interesting, elk grove village would be very interesting to find............Interestingly enough a few years ago the same address in elk grove village that the IPT and Natural Cure is located there was a big problem with Atkins Diet people being duped into subscriptions that could not be canceled and the people just disapeared..................:confused:

Good idea. I just traced my IP to Tampa and down the street by the golf course and all the way down by the bay and up to the condos. I went up the stairs and knocked on my door. I announced myself and said who I was, but I wouldn't answer the door. Damn me, pretending not to be home. I could hear me in there breathing and I saw my curtains moving.

Gotcha Scottw,

But at least one can do a lookup on the IPs and trace them back to the service provider. If it turned out that the IP address was listed as being in Chicago, you're right, it really wouldn't mean anything, but people would rightly see it as suspicious that certain posters from Chicago are so steadfastly in support of the IPT despite all proof that KT is a crook.

I see your point on the hosting of the naturalcures.com being somewhere else.

Its right off of the bay in Tampa, just up the street from Burns Steak House by the railroad tracks. Built back in the 30's, a beer bar with two pool tables and across the tracks is the VFW, cheap drinks & locals for both places. Their moniker is Be Nice or Be Gone.
