IPT Players Cues Survey

Hi Linda,



I play with a Paul Casanova cue now. And I use the famous Ultimate Cue Tip Tool…………..right now I don’t even own a case……weird huh. And of course I am armed with a Tadpole Jump cue at all times.

Not sure about what my cue is, but it plays awesome!

(Linda's note, I think she means she doesn't know what dimensions her cue is)

This is actually quite funny. I got an email from Pat that said a friend notified him about this survey and he came here and read it. His email address was somehow not included in the IPT group email. So he asks me for the form to answer. I told him he could have just replied here on the forum.

Some things are becoming evident, mainly the dominance of Predator in all sections. The only other cues in numbers are Bobby Hunter, Judd Fuller & Muecci. Thierry Chevron cues have a strong following amongst the French speakers (3 represented).

Davis, Mike USA - Shoots with an Eddie Anderson, a local cue-maker from Southern Pennsylvania. He's been playing with the same cue for some time. It's a couple inches longer than average because of Mike's height. He also uses a Predator shaft with a layered tip which he files down pretty low.

I remember seeing Stalev using something that look like a Russian Pyramid cue in the US Open. But he might be using something else now.

Gabe is using his line made by Mueller I would assume, or his dad's cue, but what shaft is he playing with now?

I will go out on a lamb to say you are definitely right on the mark with Mike Sigel's cue.

Shannon just bought a Gina so he might have switched, anyone know?

Thanks for the info on Mike Davis's cue.

By the way, what is a Webb custom shaft like? Is that just a shaft with a custom taper by Webb, or does it have some special lamination/coring to reduce vibration or something like that?
