IPT Players Cues Survey

Does ...

Lucasi sponsor Thorsten Hohmann? I kind of assumed they did since he
cues and case are all Lucasi.

...By the way, what is a Webb custom shaft like? Is that just a shaft with a custom taper by Webb, or does it have some special lamination/coring to reduce vibration or something like that?

The shaft was custom-made by Michael Webb of Webb Custom Cues for Keith's Willeecue.

The wood used to construct the shaft came from a "special" stock Mike had in his secret stash of product.

The balance is EXACTLY where Keith likes it, as he's a forward-balanced kind of guy.

The shaft is a little heavier than most, a little over 4 ounces, and it has a 16-1/2-inch professional taper on the 12-3/4 shaft. Keith also has a habit of shaving down his tips when he gets a new one applied, which seems to be about six times a year or MORE.

Though he has tried a variety of tips in the past few years, he seems to keep coming back to the HARD Moori.

As an aside, the very first time Keith shot with the newly acquired Webb custom-made shaft was when he came in second place at the Joss/Turning Stone Classic VI Open 9-Ball Tournament in Verona, NY, a few months ago. The Webb shaft done good, and so did Keith. :)

I don't know if this clarifies anything, but it is a new email from Karen.

Linda,

I am working with cues so at this stage you can leave cues blank. I am no longer sponsored by Falcon.

I had to edit his response, because originally, he had no spaces between his colons  and the p's in predator, so it came out:
play:predator Z 19 ounce
break:predator BK 19 ounce
jump:"plague from the Hague"

After I posted it, it gave me a laugh and I changed it. :p

Tammie Jones's info is missing:

Mike Stacy cue with Fusion shaft for playing cue and Tim Scruggs Break Cue.

Thanks for adding it back in.

Last time I talked to Sal, he was playing with a Padgett Custom Cue.

Markus Juva uses Edwin Reyes cue and breaks with an Andy cue.

I am trying to figure out what type of shaft a Capone Jr is? Is it a laminated shaft? And who is Capone Jr? Is it the cue maker from NJ-Michael Capone's little brother or son? Thanks for any clarifications.

Rob
