I would like to see him play one more time

in my opinion he can still beat anyone,i would like to bet on him against anyone

He seems to play a different game than anyone

This is the song I sing" prelude to going off "

My thoughts on Efren is he is quite a guy and every young pool player should have an Efren if not Efren himself to show him or her the way.

I wish it were closer I would love to. I would like to play him some one pocket, that would be worth a hundred any day.

Exactly what I was thinking...

I would pay/play him $100 a set all day long. I mean really .. to just see first hand that level of skill ...and maybe even ask him "hey, how would you play this shot?" when you are at the table ... just miraculous!

I almost want to fly out there just to give him my money!

Efren is playing at Derby but we have him first!

Thanks to Scott Lee for posting this info. We are still booking Efren and we have time slots listed on my website. Not to degrade anyone's game or take away opportunity, but what I'd love to see is a backer come forward with one of his/her horses to step it up a little and bring some serious action back to Hard Times! That option is still open, but I'm sure the gap may eventually close.

Efren gave Bobby Emmons some pretty good weight a few years ago, but alas, I think Bobby crumbled. Prior to POV booking these smaller matches, I spent quite a bit of time seeing if Efren would play with several top players and they all asked for weight or want to play him 9 ball instead. Efren wants to play one-pocket!

Thanks again All!

I know he is a senior citizen, but I can't give him 10/7. I am out.

It was really, really nice to see Efren play live again. He was hitting them
well too, finished off one of his matches with a 4 or 5-pack. In the end he
lost to his buddy Busti and finished in 5th (single ko last 64).

Chohan wants weight...

I understand that every gambler wants the best game they can get, but when people are talking about you being of the top 2, 3 or 4 1P players on the planet, it would be nice to see you just step in the ring even.

Here is the link to Efrens match where he ends it with a 4-pack:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2irOKK1Ig8

It's the first match played. I am in the middle row of the audience to the left of the guy in the pink shirt.

This link also shows Efren-Busti as the next match, then the final of the ladies tournament with Ina Kaplan vs. Jennifer Vietz
and then as the last match the final between Hybler and Nick vd Berg which is also an extremely high quality match.

my opinion of the remarks concerning stepping up and playing even

several policies exist
perhaps tony is eager to play and afraid no one will bet on erfren unless the withdraws or appears less than eager
perhaps he feels like if he doesn't ask for weight Efren will

or perhaps he anticipates a large interest and would like a huse bet, hoping to be able to adjust a few times and take the old man to the cleaners

who knows what he is thinking, perhaps he knows that he will need weight and not sure how much

I personally want to bet on Efren

whether he plays danny or anybody else

I would take alex against either of these 2 also or gabe with a little handicap
gaabe used to be as good as either but these days are different
