Is it a joke?

That thing is freakin' me out! Pool halls still have somewhat of a shady rep as it is....just imagine seeing somebody come out of your local hall carryin' a friggin' battleaxe!!!

What's worse...they actually spent MONEY to build it! Proof positive that McDermott doesn't spend enough time improving upon their cues!!! :) (of course...that said...I have one, and really like it, for what it is)

I guess it would cost 15k if it was made by Players or by Schmelke :D

Yes but you do get the McDermott bumper to tip Lifetime Warranty, and that ain't nothing to sneeze at.:D

Terry< see it now...blood and gore cleaning....under warranty.

ohhhhh well.....someone wasted ALOT of money...BUT funny thing is there will be some super rich ball banger that will buy it just for kicks..

Mcdermott made that cue years ago.. i think somebody said.. and this is what i believe also.. it is pretty much just a piece of artwork.. and advertising.. they built that cue like ten years ago.. honestly i dont think it is truley even available for sale.. i think they just put the high price tag on it just to do it.. they used to take it to all the shows years ago.. i believe it was even at Valley Forge one year..

I´m probably falling for your joke, but it´s right there. It doesn´t look like a cue, more like a battle/axe but still.

It was featured in the "Hand of the Masters" calendar in 1996 I believe, pretty interesting "cue".
