Is Scott Frost over-rated?

Frost overrated? He won the DCC 1p event in 2010.

Efren? He just lost on the hill while spotting a guy that won the DCC 1p event in 2010.

Both of those are well beyond my wildest dreams. Monsters, I say.

Here is my problem about Scott.

Remember when Schmidt beat Scott for the 1 pocket in the DCC. There was nobody that didnt think that Scott was a lock.

I am no JS fan, but he hung with Scott, and when JS got a lucky roll, he capitalized on it.

That was Scotts to lose, and while JS did get a hell of roll, he won. I was really rooting for Scott to win that match.

IMO, Scott was never the same after that match.

I never met the guy, but always respected him.

Lenny can you comment on that match?

Everyone wants to talk about the Alex match. IMO, that match was peanuts in terms of meaning. I think Scott hardest loss was the John Schmidt DCC match.

Thanks, lovin the one pocket action and matches!

He played John's game which is running out and its a short race. He should have moved in that match and not let John see daylight if possible because John gets a shot and runs over 400!

You and Scott are like brothers.

Was that his hardest loss?

You would know? If not that one, what was?

That hurt him as did playing Alex but I think that was being out managed possibly. Also about 2 years ago or so he was in the final at at DCC with a buyback and lost the next two matches after having too much fun the night before. He might have 3 DCC titles in one pocket or even more, I do think he will win another, he is pretty hungry right now and pumped up. No one else was running up to Efren to gamble even and then winning too.

Darren better be getting some weight, not just a ball either!

Darren has no shot at beating Scott in 1 pocket, either does Ro Bo stiff, ops Ro Bo Cop!

SVB will be the next player that will challenge Scott in 1 pocket, but I don't think SVB is ready yet .

Scott is the BEST for my money!

Dennis is not afraid to play Scott, just for the record.

frost vs. schmidt

i was there in 09 when john beat scott in the finals, we were all outside the tourney room celebrating when scott came up to me and said your boys got 9 to 8 , he was visibly upset, i too think that loss hit scott very hard, most everybody liked him in the finals, cause i was approached by everybody for a wager on that match. nobody really wants to mess with scott playing even, when hes right hes just on another level !!!! i dont put alot in his loss to alex, it was just a poor decision to play him at that time, scott just wasnt ready for alex or that table ! hey lenny what would scott give scmidtty here in victorville ???? gary henry owner of garys victor billiards.

I do not know what he would give him to be honest, probably 9/8 but I am sure John would want 9/7. John shoots super straight though, I would get with Scott on Facebook and maybe drum something up. Definitely would need it streamed and a mic by the table. :)
