In scanning over this thread, I see nothing much different than the usual 'CJ' driven thread !..It is comprised of about equal parts 'hater's' and 'lover's', However, (being the clever wordsmith's that they are) the CJ lovers, appear to dominate the postings !..None of course, more dominant, than their fearless leader !
He spends equal parts, dispensing 'valuable' information to his groveling minion's, and/or defending himself from the 'hater's' ! (his word for anyone who disagrees with him)..Some of us appear to get our point across, better than others..For example, as a 'disenter' (my word for hater) I have made a total of 4 posts in the entire thread...Mr.Wiley on the other hand, over 50, and still counting !...I nodded off before I could count the number of posts his 'minion's' have made, defending him, or of telling me how jealous I am ! :sorry:
This has led me to the conclusion, that his 2 or 3 minion's will sing his praises, no matter how hard us sensible people try to enlighten them..I have therefore decided to let them wallow in their ignorance.
..Or, as Einstein once said.."You can't fix stupid" ! (I think it was him..maybe it was Lou ?)

At least he isn't charging you for putting you to sleep with his "secret" post counting technique (PCT) that was designed to put old pool players to sleep. AZB is monitoring the number of his posts that you read until you fall asleep and then sending the figures to MEDICARE. CJ gets a cut for putting you to sleep. They think it was cheaper than supplying you with Nyquil and Valium any longer. Damn government cutbacks.

No need to count. Go to the Main Forum list of threads and click on the number of "REPLIES" for this thread. [That number is 186 as I type this.] A "Who Posted" window will pop up showing the number of posts by each member who has posted in the thread.

It was in another thread and the story went like this: I was playing some 1pocket against a guy, whom I was giving a several ball spot to, and I leave him in a stone trap. No way out. So after looking at the table for awhile, the guy winds up and shoots a completely and totally goofy shot that goes bad BUT THEN after a few balls bounce off each other, a ball drops in his hole and he is straight in on another ball with natural shape for a third. A guy on the rail sitting next to me whispers, "Wow. I bet you didn't see that coming." And I just turned to him and said, "You cannot defend against stupid."

If you want to discuss what should be beneath someone, you should be addressing CJ.
His nonstop, insipid jpegs; his mystical mumbo jumbo; his repeated hijacking of threads; how he incessantly puts up the same posts over and over and over; how he repeatedly posts the same stuff from his scrapbook, over and over and over; how he never misses an opportunity to stroke his own ego; and how he insults and demeans reputable posters like Dr. Dave and then says, "Oh, I was just joking."
If this is a guy -- a former pro player -- who should actually be setting the example, who you're supposed to learn from, follow, listen to and admire, then that's the guy whom you should be talking to about what is beneath him.

This is only true when starting from true center ball. That's why I started lining up my shot with the shaft over the top of the cue ball, so I could be more sure of starting from a center ball position while bridging and pivoting from the cue's pivot point.
I did this because I found that sometimes I would rush and not be lined up center ball while starting my aim and I would miss and I found it's quicket and easier to see that you are lined up on center ball when the shaft is at the top of the cue ball.

Not true Mr.L !..A few years ago, (when I was only in my 70's) there was a whole bunch of pool games your hero could have gotten played with..'even' !..Unfortunately, for him, most of them required the ability to 'THINK' ! (beyond counting to nine).. Haven't you noticed that he waited until I got to old to walk, before he 'boldly' issued all his challenges !..Now, his diminished skills, have forced him to pick on people like poor Lou, or the league player's he rob's around Ft.Worth
PS..If the money was right, I may (1) modify my handicap scooter, (2) re-train my seeing eye dog,..and (3) come out of retirement and snap him off !..
