I'm guessing that you don't typically follow this event.. This looks like the toughest field they've had in several years.
I watch and bet on it every year. I see only 6 players that can win it out of 128. A ton of dead money in it. Johnnyt
What do you expect from a B player guy that never leaves his barbox, on his patio lanai? His specialty is robbing maintenance guys and UPS drivers that happen by his house...
I saw about 17-18 players that have a chance at the finals and maybe another 15 that could be considered dark horses. Fairly stout, tough field for a regional open event.

Add another 20 or 30 regional /world traveler/ Canadian players who could just shock the world. This is a non seeded race to 9 winner break format. It is ripe for the picking if a player hits dead stroke. A couple past champions have proven that. If top players draw each other early it can make it interesting and possible to get pretty deep with an easy draw.
I'll tell you what. I'll take the worst of it. You pick 5 of your 6 (at least give me some chance at my money) and I'll take the rest of the dead money. If you win I'll give you a hundred dollars. If I win you can't make a new thread for 3 months. It's a free roll at a stone cold lock for you. No reason to pass this up.

That's a solid 5 you have there. You went with hatch over Thorsten, or last years champ strickland. I'd like to see hatch take down turning stone.
