Wish I could make it, but I will be out of the country. Hope they both run a ton of balls and the tapes come out great!

Great Match-up

I wish I were there to sweat it also, I think Danny is a slight favorite however Bob is a great player and student of the game. I have probably learned more about the intricate details of Straight Pool playing and watching Barouty than any other player. He really knows the game well and is allways a treat to watch play, good luck to both players -(there both champions in my book.)

That's a classy post, Danny. The camaraderie and mutual respect among 14.1 players has always seemed special to me. One day, when you win your first World 14.1 World Championship, I'm sure Bob Maidhof and Danny Barouty will be right there to say "well played."
 
Live Feed Question

I spoke with Bob and he's fairly sure that the matches will be live
streamed.

P.P.View or free I don't know one way or the other we'll have to see.
There's nothing on Pat's web site about it yet.

This is really funny and if you don't get the reference it is really too bad. The Dannys played each other in the World 14.1 tourney and there was some name calling...

I really hope to be able to make it to the match but I don't think I'll be able to and then it would only be the first one. I am supposed to work from 11:30am - 10pm that day.
