i don't think anything i've said has been out of line or untrue. but i'd like to say that if these posts do lead to be being banned that it's been fun BS'ing with you guys on az and i'll still be lurking as a guest.

has anyone else been warned or is it just me? i would also like an opinion on the posts i've made (if you're patient enough to read them) were any of them out of line or untrue? if so which ones?

Your posts that I have seen are pretty innocuous. Sure they question his business practices and such, but it would seem you have the righ to do so because you waited 18 mos.

If you got warned because of your posts it seems enormously hypocritical when you take into account racial slurs, threats of violence, etc etc.....

Has he, or charliel, or any of his suspected aliases been warned or threatened with a banning over his comments? If not, that is BS and completely ludicrous.
 
thanks just wanted to see if anyone else thought i'd been out of line.

to save me some flack i'd appreciate it if people only took notice of this thread and didn't respond.

Hi poolplayer, I think you have every right to be upset over your ordeal with Varney but at some point you and everyone else in your shoes has to let it go. Don't let yourself get banned from this site over it.

thanks bro!!! in the interest of that. this thread is not only to let people know why i've been banned if i end up being banned.

Just do a personal time-out for a little while and enjoy the calm. Then come back and you'll be better for it. This place is like a big frat house... some days we are all partying hard together and some days we are at each other's throats..... a wiser man than me knows when it is best to take a walk and let things go.
