I personally know TWO ordinary citizens - neither with any college education, BTW - who have successfully won lawsuits against the feds, and both acted "pro se", using only paralegal friends for legal advice. Both guys case(s) went all the way to their Respective US District Courts, and one went all the way to the US Court of Appeals.
And, FYI, the idea that a constitutional challenge can only be decided at the Supreme Court level is a common misunderstanding. "Constitutional review" typically begins (and ends) at the lowest entry-level court in ANY case - civil or criminal - and is most often decided at that same level. Going beyond that to higher courts the case typically shifts to a question of whether or not the lower court(s) erred in their ruling, NOT on the merits of the original case itself. A case that is well-litigated at the lowest level will usually withstand further challenge and almost never makes it too much higher in the system.

I agree that you can win a federal lawsuit if you present a good case and get all your ducks in a row. When your are confronted with "pay the fine and plead guilty and we won't prosecute you with the threat of jail time", most will think twice about their future.
The get to the Supreme Court to make a challenge takes many years and cost bocoo bucks.

If you follow the money it leaves a clear trail. Wildlife "conservation" mega-funds (and their supporters) were major contributors to Obama's re-election campaign, and Daniel Ashe was THEIR choice for Obama's appointment as FWS director. Nothing gets done in DC without somebody greasing somebody's palms along the way. Obama got re-elected, an one of the the required reach-arounds is supporting the "milk-is-murder" contributors' agenda(s).

Absolutely not! Obama will go down in history as one of the greatest presidents! I mean, he fiddled, errrrr, I mean played pool while the flood gates remain open at the border. He was on top of the Benghazi debacle and told the truth in that ordeal. And let's not forget that there isn't a smidgen of corruption in the IRS which flies in the face of logic and as the facts keep surfacing.
You state that it's gridlock -- but this is the President who has a pen and a phone and still chooses to do nothing as the country deteriorates. But he rams health care changes as he see fit to further his and the taxocrats agenda. Gridlock is BS - he's a do nothing President!

Clinton was a not my favorite because right out of the box he pushed through retroactive taxes that cost me an additional chunk of taxes after I filed and paid my fair share the previous year.
The difference between him and Obama is that he met everyday with the opposition and kept policy negotiating even when they were impeaching him for nonsense. He was a policy maker and often moved to the center and compromised.
In the end he was a very successful president on the record where Obama's elitist attitude is "my way or the highway".

The Obama White House did not enact Roe V. Wade.........or rule on it as the Supreme Court already has done or overturn the abortion laws
as the Supreme Court has done which is a republican dominated John Roberts Supreme Court.
And this border crisis was caused by the law that George Bush enacted before leaving office and the president has to clean up Bush's
mishaps.....oh yeah, on that John Boehner lawsuit.......George Bush did the very same thing ....executive order....when he unilaterally
and without approval from Congress....George delayed Medicare part D for seniors without asking anyone's permission.....the very
same thing President Obama did with the ACA employer mandate and the GOP didn't say peep about it......face it, if we had a
Caucasian President, more would get done.
And look at what the GOP has attempted with voter rights and redistricting. And every new voter registration suit that's been heard
before the Supreme Court has been overturned and every one of these laws were enacted in GOP dominated red states......and not a
single case has been upheld and all the new voter registration laws....intended to limit the minority vote....have been overturned and
there isn't any voter fraud problem in America.
All of the new voter registration law were enacted without "any" evidence of voter fraud......none.......Make sense? A law to stop a problem

You opinion that Obama will be worshiped in the future is interesting - lunatic-fringe interesting, but interesting nonetheless. I know others who contend that Obama will be reviled as the most evil president this country has ever seen. I find that theory equally interesting, and in the same way.
But ultimately nobody really knows what the future holds 10 weeks from now, let alone 10 YEARS. What I DO know is that under Obama's administration US FWS director Daniel Ashe - an Obama appointee - is attempting to ruin the businesses and valuable property of millions of Americans, in violation of the 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendments AND reverse the presumption-of-innocence cornerstone of the American justice system. And he's using misinformation, exaggerated data, and outright lies to do so.
So I despise Obama because he's allowing his boy Ashe to try to ruin my business - and, adding insult to injury, his wife Michelle runs around in public wearing African elephant jewelry the she claims is fossil Mastodon bone. Turns out that's all I really need to know to form an opinion of the man.
