If using ivory makes one a merchant of death.. Does using mother of pearl make someone a clam killer? a serial oyster killer? a shellfish psycho what?!?!
So since killing trees, animals are out of the question, that leaves out ivory, pearl, skins, and plastic.. what the hell are we going to make cues out of?

How did we get from Ivory ferrules to Bugger Grams? By the way, I use and install Ivory ferrules. I have Ivory in most of my cues. I also have a nice assortment of pre ban Ivory jewelry. I also have a nice Ivory Butt plate, Joint, and two ferrules for sale for anybody who wants to contribute to the elephant shortaqe.

Btw, Meucci's implex ferrules and joint collars can be had a lot cheaper if you call Mary Kay. They have reject lipstick tubings and mascara containers that have them.

Good enough for me, but btw, dont go killing any wolves.

Laura, what if they were out killing wolves and using their teeth to adorn your cue and ferrule instead of elephants teeth, would your opinion of this then change. One animal is Ok to slaughter and another one is to be protected? Are we dealing with double standards here? A magnificant bull elephant is not equal to a sled dog?
