Almost every for sale thread with a cue that has Ivory in it Ivory is Iv**y or "the good stuff" what's up with that?

It relates to the ivory ban which I'm still not entirely clear about. I have a Schon SL-5 I'd like to sell but it has ivory and I still don't know whether it's legal to send it through the mail outside of Missouri.
I think you can send it in the U.S. but international no,it could get confiscated.

The funny thing is people think the federal internet watchers are going to do a search for the word Ivory and flag the results.
More likely they would just search for "iv" if they were smart. Not sure they are devoting resources to track every Ivory ferrule cue that sells online. The California government might but not the feds.
