i got held up so i looked to make sure people were reading my apology and i realized that this title was much more appropriate. james i am truly sorry. i dont even know how i could ever make this right for you. for anyone that didnt read the new thread, i will clue you in. i decided to check to see who picked up the money and NO ONE picked it up. james never picked it up. no wonder he didnt make it to tunica. i am very ashamed of myself for not checking that first before i publicly accused and slandered you. i hope this does not affect the way people think and look at you. i sure wish i could do more than post this for hurting your reputation like i am sure i did. i wish i could attach this to the other post somehow. i am so very sorry, i dont even know what to do with myself. i feel so bad.

I think it would be pretty good if you could request that the moderators remove the original accusational thread so it doesn't continue to spread the wrong information.

I also think it would be a good idea to send some value to James. Even with your retraction he will surely have some answering to do because of it and receiving some value may ease the extra stress that he will be receiving because of it.

Lastly, I don't think you need to post your real name. It was a bad mistake but I can see how you thought this was your only option to recoup any of the original money. It is a pretty shitty rollercoaster to go from thinking you are helping a champion player and may receive a profit to attacking and defaming him publicly to realizing that all you had hoped for in the end [your money back] had come true and then have to deal with the damage.

No matter what the intentions were, how true the details in the attack may turn out to be, or how bad you feel now, if you post your real name now the masses on this forum will attack you with more viciousness than they would a rapist. You don't owe people here anything.

I would take that energy and man up to James somehow. If you don't satisfy James then your name will leak out here anyways. I would be in the car driving to Tulsa willing to do what was needed to make things right with him. That money that wasn't picked up is like a gift back to you so you don't have to value it like you did a few weeks ago. You might risk getting slapped but personally visiting shows so much more than a phone call. The only way I would post your name is if he wants you to.

It doesn't really change the fact that James is planning on robbing Mike Johnson of all of his cues.

My thought is this entire saga was created by one multiple-identitied poster. :o

What you are referring to is the multiple-identitied poster admiring their handiwork, reading it as one of their self-created identities. :eek:

Kind of like Nero watching Rome burn while playing the lyre.
