Jay Leno 10 Ball Car

A 427 Cobra? A REAL one? Cheap...only around $10,000....back when they were new.

Bill Cosby did a comedy record: "200 MPH"...based on one he had ordered back in the day. You should give it a listen, funnier than hell!

A nice little economy car

That's a nice little economy car, saves on time!

The original with the 427 went from zero to 100 back to zero in ten seconds and the glove box barely had room for a pair of driving gloves, no trunk or other storage. The most awesome beast ever put on the street that could fairly readily be purchased up until that time and several decades later. Chevy's 427 vette that was their answer to the Cobra was an even better deal. $6600 for a 427 vette and they cost the factory $10,000 each to produce!

One reason I am posting is because the forum won't let me rep you to tell you that Lynessa is truly a beautiful baby! Some babies you have to stretch things a little when talking to the mom, not her. Glad you are able to enjoy this time with her.

I like the part where Leno say he put in a 427 with overhead cams because he lives in a hilly area you need that extra power to get up and over the hills. :lmao:

I would take it for a spin. I guess since my Shelby is red with white strips it would be the 11 ball.

I used to have a Chrysler Fifth Avenue about 20-plus years ago, and I always said it was "7-ball red." It was a dark red color.

It was actually one of the best cars I ever owned. It drove like a Cadillac or a Lincoln. The air-conditioner, when turned on, was ice cold, and the radio sounded like you were sitting in a concert. The seats were leather with buttons throughout the back, like an expensively made leather chair. I loved, loved, loved that car.

Here's one that looked just like it!

Guess that makes mine the "Orange Crush!" lol
Put a couple of pool table's in Jay Leno's garage and I don't see any reason why anyone would ever want to leave!

My Volvo (which I sold this year) was 6-ball green. Now I drive "the ghost" lol

That was a cool vid. I started watching a bunch of the other stuff. He's a pretty cool dude for as much money as he has
