Except for the first 30 balls, right? Do you know what time you started watching?... As chance would have it, I was lucky to watch it all ...
It might be marked but you can't really see it. Regardless, aren't they using the exact same racking as they used for the last record?Wonder if the 832 will be submitted to BCA for recognition. I also wonder if the BCA might invalidate the run on something as little as the fact that the table doesn't have a triangular rack outline marked on it.

Yes I didn’t see the first 2 racks. I opened up my iPad and there was a link on YouTube to Jayson. Someone on Accustats told me a couple hours before that Jayson was on plaging. So when I checked back-poof there it was, some how YouTube just knew…..spooky.Except for the first 30 balls, right? Do you know what time you started watching?

I don’t have a clue what the plans are going forward.Wonder if the 832 will be submitted to BCA for recognition. I also wonder if the BCA might invalidate the run on something as little as the fact that the table doesn't have a triangular rack outline marked on it.

Last record occurred before BCA posted their guidelines. I’m assuming the marked outline requirement is something they added to ensure they can verify from the video that nobody is Schmidt-ing the rack.It might be marked but you can't really see it. Regardless, aren't they using the exact same racking as they used for the last record?
You can clearly see the "donuts" on the table and according to your post that is acceptable in the rules. The reason for the rack outline is so people don't shift the rack to accommodate a break ball, etc. That's why a template isn't acceptableWonder if the 832 will be submitted to BCA for recognition. Some of the shots he was firing in the side pockets at pretty decent angles, were very impressive. The man was certainly on autopilot.Fired in a bunch of combos too
A key reason for the outline is, as stated above in post #82, "to allow determination of in/out for potential break balls."... The reason for the rack outline is so people don't shift the rack to accommodate a break ball, etc. That's why a template isn't acceptable
As I recall that didn’t come up last night. He had a perfect break ball almost every rack. I don’t recall seeing a close one.A key reason for the outline is, as stated above in post #82, "to allow determination of in/out for potential break balls."
There is an rack outline drawn in black sharpie.Wonder if the 832 will be submitted to BCA for recognition. I also wonder if the BCA might invalidate the run on something as little as the fact that the table doesn't have a triangular rack outline marked on it.

Surely you are not trying to knock the accomplishment because you cannot see the outline of the rack.Wonder if the 832 will be submitted to BCA for recognition. Obviously not. I was speculating on how the BCA might react. I was looking up the guidelines to cite that the pocket sizes were acceptable for some discussion on Reddit. I just happened to see the outline requirement, had a “huh” moment, and brought the topic here as it’s my preferred forum of discussion.Surely you are not trying to knock the accomplishment because you cannot see the outline of the rack.
Thanks for clarifying. Taking a new screenshot and really zooming in, I can faintly see it. I assume the recorded footage picks that up much better then and wouldn’t be any concern in terms of a submission to BCA.There is an rack outline drawn in black sharpie.
