JB will be a humbled man when he returns....

Now we can go back to having a civilized forum.

I hope he wasn't using CTE by the way. It would be shameful to embarrass the inventor like that. Even though I don't use the system, I don't want to shame a man that has contributed to the billiard world.

How many threads do you intend to start about the matter?

We get it: you take pleasure from jb's loss.

I wouldn't bet $10 much less $10,000 that JB comes back humbled. It was a huge win for him. He arguably could have won. I heard his cases were flying off the shelf at SBE. John will figure out a way to get a tax write off for the $10K so it will be more like an actual $6K loss.

John is a smart guy, passionate about the game. The forum, in my opinion, is better with him. He did the training and had the courage to toe the line. Good for him!

John did better than most expected. He could have won but he had the stones to play!

True.... and from watching the stream I am sure both will be invited to play friendly sets on sight by many who had a chance to watch.;)

He put 10 grand up and put it on the internet for nits like you to see... He's got more balls then you , me and 90 percent of the people on this forum.

Could have won ,, ya and he could have gotten smoked also if Lou doesn't let him back in the match

The fact is regardless of endless hours of CTE practice it had little to no affect on the outcome strengthening the opinion that it changes ones ability very little

Do you think this matters to the people that do not gamble? 6 months of Lou take this, Lou bet more, Lou ain't doing this, Look at my picture of me and the ghost of Willie Stanton, look at me, look at me, etc.. etc...

Besides betting doesn't make you a man, Lou is not a bigger man because he won, he is a bigger man because he took the brunt of Johns abuse and stuck it up his tail.

Sometimes I think balls are responsible for most of the bad decisions people make. This was balls in the sense that it was a testosterone-fueled poor decision on JB's part. Think of all the good financial decisions JB could have made with that money - investments to expand his business, take his family on a nice vacation that they'd remember for the rest of their lives, save for his kids' future, on and on. $10k US has the purchasing power of probably $50k in China. But instead he blew it on an Internet argument over whose balls were bigger. Not exactly the wisest financial decision.

I had fun watching though. :embarrassed2:

John will say he was tired from working all week at SBE and we all know he's not used to working and if he played next week he would have won! Lol I think his stroke had a lot to do with it ! As for his aiming system he was 8" off on most attempts and I would forget that system! Great to see Lou show him a few shots and teach him how to stroke a cue!

Personally, as many threads started about this is fine. We've all been hearing
about this for a long time so now we get to hear what people feel about the result.

I watched for about 2 hours and imo John looked like he drank 50 Redbulls before
they started. I don't know how he normally plays but he looked very jittery
and odd how he was shooting and even his body language was weird after he
missed.
I know people think it took balls to play but imo balls has nothing to do
with there issues.
If this match was about one or the other seeing the light, then I doubt
that it was accomplished.
If these 2 men have differences , then sit down like human beings and sort
it out. If that doesn't work , then stay away from each other.
Losing 10 grand or winning 10 grand doesn't resolve there issues

What does CTE have to do with poor shot selection?
