Ok so i got the cannon break cue from him and its warped and he insist i send the cue back even tho i sent a vid and all....all i want is my money back...any help? I paid via walmart money gram.

SOOOOOOOOO...... I guess I don't see the problem. As soon as you send him the warped cue back he will refund your money.....

I don't see the issue.......

Who says he'll send it back tho? I sent him the money without having the cue in had? Same difference. Imo

Almost nobody is gonna send you a cue, before you pay for it (unless you already know the seller, or they know you). If you use a credit card or Paypal, you have a way to protect yourself, in the event that something goes wrong. You decided to send cash/money gram. That's your choice. Did you send him your money before he sent you the cue? Of course you did...and he sent you the cue. You don't like it. Okay. Now...send him the cue back, and he'll refund your money. If he doesn't, THEN come on here and complain...but give the guy a chance.

Just send the cue back first.

He has already earned your trust. You haven't earned his trust.

So you have to send the cue back first.

It'standard procedure when buying and selling that if the buyer is unhappy and the seller agrees to a refund that the buyer ships the item back, usually at their own expense. Expecting the seller to refund you first is just funny. If those aren't terms that you agree with, maybe you should use an escrow service for future transactions.

Ok wat ever ill leave neg feedback and take it as a lesson learned....just 75 bucks aint gonna lose sleep....he dont wanna make a fair arrangement so be it

How??? He sent me a warped cue...not really trusting that.

Looking at jbbilliard1's iTrader it looks like he's had a bad deal in the past. You paid with a money gram so you screwed yourself out of any possible leverage. You can:

1. Keep the cue and be pissed off about it.
2. Send the cue back and hope that he sends your money.

This is why using paypal and backing it with a credit card is a good idea. Without it, you find yourself in situations exactly like this. Personally, if I sold a cue and the buyer wasn't happy, I would refund their money when I got the cue back.

Leaving negative feedback for that is just childish. If he is offering to refund your money, then you have nothing to complain about. Do you expect someone to refund you before getting their cue back and you are a new user to this site with no I trader history?

F' that...it's not a lesson learned.

Just go get your money back. Send it back and if he doesn't send you your money back then this thread is proof that he's not trustworthy...then that may be a lesson learned.

Get you money dude.

You don't appear to be conversant with the procedure used in buying and selling on the internet. Let me give you a clue.

1. You agree to buy something
2. You send the 4 to the seller (you trust seller)
3. Seller sends the goods to you
4. You are unhappy with goods purchased
5. seller says, send it back I'll refund $
6. You send goods back (you trust seller more now because he sent the goods to you)
7. seller sends $ to you

This is the drill, use it, it will work for you.

We all have different ideas of quality, condition, etc. honest differences of opinion. Without common experience, the seller may feel you are complaining to get a free item, just like you may be feeling he is selling you sh#t.

Trust is a very valuable commodity and in this case can be bought or sold for$75!!

I'd invest and see what happens:thumbup:

just my 2 cents, your mileage may vary

I bought an item from Wal-Mart and it went bad. I called Wal-Mart and asked them to credit my card back. I even sent them pictures/video. They refused and wanted me to return the item first. I was suspicious since they already sold me a bad product, so I refused to send it back until. They refused to refund me.

I turned em in to the BBB and the Attorney General.

...and then won a $30,000,000,000,000 (that's thirty trillion dollar) lawsuit. Now Big Truck OWNS Walmart. Let that be a lesson to you Gary2k7! :D

on another note...Ray, I want a refund on that crappy tv I bought at Walmart..or I'll sue! :D What do you mean it's outta warranty? It's only been 3 years! LMAO

I am amazed that anyone would think differently. If I purchased a computer from Best Buy and it did not work, I would never expect a refund before I returned it.

I guess you could use escrow for the return.

FFS you cant be serious!!!! What is your name and where do you live again?? You truly are a pile of crap. You remind me of a (former) friend of mine that complained about everything I did to help his music career. Yeah he still cries himself to sleep and remembers how much of a turd he was. Quit your crying, wipe your snotty nose with your sleeve, get on your Kmart BMX bike and mail the cue back.

Wow

Gary...... Jesus dude....... REALLY????

I know JB and I will personlly back him.

Send the cue back to him and if he doesn't refund your money, I will send you DOUBLE what you paid.

Fair enough?????

I am 100% serious here.

Just send the cue back and he will take care of you.

Russ.....
