Jeeves was robbed at VF

I posted the following on another site and I feel so strongly about it that I re-registered on AZ with the screen name T!mberly yesterday in order to post this. I’ve been in the “moderators que” since signing on and cannot post until I’ve been approved. Mr. Wilson has been on and posted since I registered and I still cannot post. Could you please post the following on AZ under subject title “Jeeves was robbed at VF”? Thanks!
I tried to reach Jeeves to see if he was ok with my posting this, especially since he hasn't mentioned it. He hasn't returned my call and I didn't get his permission so I hope this doesn't make him angry, but I couldn't help it.

I wanted to let the piece of sh*t that robbed him know what a coward, low life, scumbag, worthless excuse of a human being they are.

Putting on the party is a passion of his. Jeeves has a heart of gold and truly just wants everyone to get along. One of his main objectives for having the party is to bring the movers and shakers of the pool world together in a relaxed setting where they can network, get to know each other, and hopefully be more united in elevating the pool world in general as opposed to everyone just looking out for themselves.

Even when sponsors are involved, the party is still costly for Jeeves. He lives about 2 hrs from VF and makes multiple trips to the hotel in the months leading up to the expo in order to talk with the powers that be in person and make sure everything is ok and to their liking. Then he drives a couple of more hours down to Harrisburg where the liquor is stored. This yr he drove a few more hours south down to visit with Corey Barnhart in person about the cue raffle and then he headed about 4 or 5 hours west to visit with JR...

He drives ALOT of miles and spends a ton in gas money. Without going into detail, I will say that like most of us, Jeeves needs every penny that is put into the tip jar at the party.

On Fri night some worthless POS scumbag took the money from his tip jar. There were also a couple of unopened liquor bottles that were stolen. Jeeves provides the liquor for these parties so that too is stealing from him.

After the BS I went through for simply trying to do a nice thing, I know all too well how easy it is to just say to heck with it all. I think I speak for all of us that enjoy the party, when I say that I hope & pray he doesn't let the worthless jerk off's of the world get to him.

Jeeves, the majority of us appreciate all that you do. I'm truly sorry that you were victimized after doing so much to ensure the party was a success.

To the coward(s) that stole from Jeeves... get a job and do something constructive with your life to support yourself. Stop being a lazy jerk off and robbing hard working people of their hard earned, much needed money. If I know you and I'm friendly with you, just know that it's because I'm unaware of what you really are and that my true feelings of you is that you're a piece of sh*t.
I made a new email account when I re-registered. It’s JustOnceForAZ@aol.com. Others have expressed interest in sending some money to help Jeeves recoup some of what was stolen. If anyone on AZ is interested in donating towards this, please email me. I’ll keep this email address until all monies are collected and given to Jeeves.

Thank you,
Timberly

2 things.

Timberly, I don't approve new posters. Cry to Mike.

Eric, This is the first I've heard on this.
Please drop me a line so we can talk. I want to know what I can do to help.

I am sorry to hear this. That is messed up!

Eric (AKA Jeeves) is good people!

These are the rewards that good people receive in life. Something is very wrong!

Inside Pool VF Party

I went to VF on Thrusday and then visited the Inside Pool booth. I got my yellow wrist band, but, even tho I went to the expo each day, I never made the long long walk to the party. :o At the end of each day, I was just too tired. I have Emphzima, 5 heart operations, and my feet are totally numb from Diabetes. Long walks really take a toll on me. I do wish I had gone. :( I'm sure I missed meeting many AZers. I promise to make it next year if I'm still alive and kick'n.

I want to thank Inside Pool, Jeeves, and all others who worked for the party.

Charlie

I agree with the poster....I have been a loyal invitee to the Insidepool Party for the last 4 or 5 years (hard to remember after having a jeeves drink) :D .

But yes I agree, you are a worthless POS and deserve to have your teeth knocked completly down your throat. I believe that Jeeves did discuss this with me a few days after the expo, and has his thoughts on who it was. This will of course just make the Insidepool Party a little tougher to get into, which is fine by me. Just like any niteclub, gotta keep the known riff raff out.

AGAIN..........KUDOS TO ERIC AND INSIDEPOOL FOR THE GREAT MEMORIES TO LAST FOR A LIFETIME!!!!!!!!

Wilson is absolutely correct. I approve new users, and I have been out of town since last Thursday.

Mike and Dave,

Whoopty doo. This guy got robbed while being the most generous person at Valley Forge and all you can comment on is Timberly's username and who assigns what?

Either help or don't help but who the hell cares who adds what. She was simply stating why she was posting it herself.

Koop - disenfranchised.

Not sure what else I was expected to do on this one Koop.

The information was posted. Was I supposed to write a story on it and post it on the main site? Lets see how that one would have went...

At the recent Valley Forge pool tournament, someone reportedly stole an unspecified amount of money from the tip jar at the Inside Pool party. This person also reportedly made off with an unspecified amount of alcohol.

If you saw anyone at the Convention Center with small bills and alcohol, please contact Jeeves.

Um Timberly, I would have posted this for you, but my calls are unanswered.

Besides with this being such a serious matter, it really does not matter who posts it, just as long as it is posted, right? Koop got the word out, and that's a good thing! Jeeves is a great guy! Thanks Koop!

Nevermind Mike, right over your head as expected.

Koop - got the response I did expect

I would have to agree with Eydie. Koop, as a friend of Jeeves, should have just posted this himself.

Timberly is the friend of Jeeves, not me. I am an aquaintance who thinks highly of him but Timberly is a much closer friend. She wrote the whole thing and asked me to post because she is no longer a member.
Why should this matter when all that should matter is the information gets out there?

I apologize if my post was innapropriate, I know this is a serious topic I was just being goofy, so Ill say Im sorry and top this thread in the process....

I think you just reiterated my point. Glad to see we finally agree.

I hope Jeeves finds his thief. I have bartended for over 10 years and never had my tip jar stolen. Not sure if I have had money stolen out of it and will never know, but not the whole jar. I have known other bartenders that worked at the same place that weren't so lucky. Whenever I had to throw someone out, my first move was to appoint a good regular or close friend to watch my tip jar.

96% of the world is the same about money. Unfortunately Jeeves has too many of them at his party.

My .02

This petty bikering is for small minded selfish people. The issue here is Jeeves, a thief and restitution. I for one thank Timberly and Koop for getting this message out there. The thief acted out of fear that he won't have enough to sustain him/herself, Mike's ego is what controls him and Koop and Timberly are acting out of compassion for Jeeves. That's how I see it.
The solution, let's tip Jeeves. I purchased a new Samsara Bar Cue for $400 at the Expo. The Bocote grain looks like ET in the butt. This beautiful cue will go to the person who makes the highest offor (at least $400) and all the money will go to the Jeeves tip jar.
I personally forgive the misguided thief, thank Koop, Timberly, and Jeeves, and am not at all surprised by Mike's responce. He is who and what he is.
PM me with your offor. I will post the results.
Best Regards, Don (Purdman) Purdy ;)

I feel bad for Jeeves... it really sucks to see bad things happen to good people.. esp when theyare in the full blown act of being good.. know what I mean?

Purd, nice offer but why do you always have to bash somebody just b/c they dont act in a manner you see fit.... Mike is driven by ego... and koop and timberly are good ole compassionate folk.....

I think the point Koop was making in his second post had nothing really to do with Mr. Wilson or Mike. He was making the point that the thread was supposed to draw a response from the hundreds of AZ members who praised Jeeves so highly for his effort when they were trying to get in the door of the IP Party and that now that SBE and the party were in the past tense, none of these people are anywhere to be seen.
It probably would have been better had Koop not included the portion of Timberly's message that was direct directly to him since that is what side-tracked the issue. However, that is all water under the bridge.
Only Purdman seemed to get it. BTW, Purdman I praise you highly for really reading the post, getting it, and making you're most generous offer.
I guess it doesn't matter that nobody posted in condolence, but it does matter that it appears virtually nobody among the hundreds could be bothered contacting Timberly to see what they could do to help Jeeves recover his losses.
Koop, correct me where I made misinterpretations of your intent.
