Glad you're happy with your new cue.
I knew I had Jim pegged pretty good the first time we shook hands in Vegas a few years ago.

Heres one of the old fellas a couple of years ago in Vegas.
Jim can also handle himself at the table too.
I think he let me win a couple of extra ones. He didn't want to be too mean right off the bat.
Jim had brought 3 of Dymytry's (hope I spelled his name right) with him.
I played a couple of games with each of his cues. That was a real treat.

Talk about communicating with his customers!!! Wow. Jim did the JP's for my Carmeli. Great to deal with.

Couldn't recommend him highly enough! I've had him make me several sets over the years & they've always exceeded my expectations.
Most recently, I ordered 4 sets from him the evening of 8-24. He built them & had them in my hands on 8-30. That's lightning fast!

I noticed most of you are talking about his joint protectors. Well, I can also tell you that his cues play superb as well. I was lucky enough to receive a very nice full splice cue from him as a gift, and it hits great. I just recently switched to a new cue, and put this one in my nicest storage case to keep it safe and sound. It has a lot of sentimental value to me, coming as a gift from a good man like Jim, and I didn't want it getting banged around and beaten up as my daily player.
Wonder how many JP sets I have to buy before I get a cue as a gift??????
