I was defending myself against you calling people stupid and 0 itrader and super idiot etc. The stuff I listed was just to show that I am not a scum, thief, but hopefully am a "normal" member of this forum, no more special than anyone else. The things I listed were just a few things to show you that you know nothing about me and "assume" some things which calling my character in question more than is enough for me to respond to defend not only my friend but myself as well.

I will let my friend reply to what you put about him which is beyond a joke since he sent maybe 5 emails in a year and a half just looking for an update or picture or anything just to show something existed lol...I'll let him respond to that.

I am by no means proud of any comments and threads like this. I have a few what I consider good friends, and I will absolutely have their back in situations like this. You have brought this upon yourself and have had a huge amount of time to make it right. Like I said before with whatever is going on is none of my or anyones business. Guess what though since you are playing the health card. I too have had and still do health issues that have cost me thousands and thousands to try to find an answer to my pain that is in my back and neck EVERY day. Your situation may make mine look like a joke, but it isn't a contest of who is worse off. I am in sales so I deal with customers, purchase orders worth a lot of money, and boy I will tell you customer service does wonders down the road. When people pay for a product no matter what it is, it is a business deal. When the product isn't delivered in a meaningful time (yes delays happen) the people who have a deposit deserve to get their money back and can go elsewhere. All my friend ever wanted was 1 picture....I'll type that again...1 picture to show his cue OR parts existed after you said and I quote "all the parts and pieces are cut and ready for assembly." You were finishing a batch and his was next for assembly.

Tell me Jim, if all the parts and pieces were cut and ready for assembly...months and months later how come you couldn't send him a picture even showing that????

Yep...I apologize to everyone for maybe a side derail and hopefully by all means do I come off as the holier than thou as it is far from it and I am not even close to perfect....I just hate to see good people get screwed over. Rant off...GL everyone

I am the person Spimp is referring to when he says that a friend of his went to you to have a cue built. First off, he has seen EVERY email that you and I have had back and forth so he knows just as much about this situation as I do which is this: I went to you to have a cue built, we agreed on a price, design, and time frame which you said would be 4 - 6 months. I kept getting the run around from you and finally, 17 months later without a single picture to prove any work had began on my cue i decided to say forget it and that i just wanted my $100 deposit back. After reading this thread it appears im the lucky one and am only out $100 where as other people just want their cues back.

Question for you though, can you please clarify how i was "no saint in our dealings"? That comment really confuses me because I had done everything you asked of me which was provide the deposit of $100 and give you pictures to go with what I wanted for design. The same cannot be said about you.

Spimp is right when he says customer service does wonders down the road. You can spin this any way you want but with this many people coming forward with problems about either getting rework done or a cue built from you obviously there is some truth behind it and hopefully by us pointing this out we can save others the headache and money lost by dealing with you.

I have no doubt that you in the past have done beautiful work, i've seen it in this forum and many people have praised your work. In fact, the very person you are calling a "super idiot" recommended that I contact you about building the cue. But with the problems that have been brought out recently show that you no longer know how to run a business. Regardless of the issue, even one contact from you or someone representing you saying you were behind would have been appreciated.

I really don't expect anything from this post other than I felt that since you wanted to actually bring me up in a post that it's time I chime in. Spimp is a lot more experienced in here than I am which is why he has replied in the past on my behalf. I'll just chalk this up to a $100 education and call it lesson learned.

You, your lil buddy spimp, and others need to read. I am not or have not said any of this is not on me. I admitted more than once I got behind,then got ill, and am unable to finish. What part of that do you few tards not understand?

Now that I am recovering, and starting to get back to some what normal, you few want to point out Jim Lee owes such and such, grow up girls. I have every single cue ever sent to me right here. As I have the money, I am sending them out to the rightful owners. And let's be honest, the ones who wrote me with there best wishes, good hopes, and prayers will get there cues WAY before you jerk offs,let's go on the forum and beat the dead horse guys will! And that's a fact. And let's put our heads together and wonder why that is?
And for those special few that say, well he sold a few wraps, or was on yesterday cause the search showed he was, AZ is my home page fella's, it comes on every time my home computer turns on, but hey ya know what, I have 6 kids that live in my house, let's figure how many times it isn't me! Duh
And also having those 6 kids, and I was the money maker for my family, hell yes I have sold some items, and I will do it again to do what I can to help and feed my family. So deal with it ....!

Sorry to see that you got banned from AZ for all the mess. All I ever wanted was to have my KQ cue back in it's current uncompleted state. I've given you over $100 already, but you can keep that, just send me back my cue please.If I don't see anything by the next week or two, I'll get the hint that you would rather keep my cue for yourself. If you can't ship it out due to health issues, let me know and I'll have the postman or someone else to come to pick it up, but I hope you can do the right thing and ship it back

Cue is done, just have to polish the wrap and you will be ready to go for shipping tomorrow. No worries, those on AZ have other issues, trust me.

That email was dated on 3/21/12 LMFAO! I wouldn't believe another word he says and not sure if I'll ever see the cue again. Some people in the world are just like that, you know. His actions will parallel with his lot in life though. Shipping the cue back would require honesty and responsibility, two qualities that I'm afraid he does not have experience with, but I could be wrong. Well bye bye KQ cue, you've been awesome.

He won't respond to emails Nor will he answer his phone. I forgot what his excuse for that was. But if you're lucky enough to get some sort of communication w/ him, he'll just feed you some more BS. In the past, he only came around when he saw someone post something negative about him, but he's banned now. Maybe he still lurks though.

He just isn't able to deal with things so he stays hidden.

I've had a couple of responses to this bit that tell me my sarcasm may have missed its mark. So if anyone else is reading that like "YEAH! FIGHT THE POWER!"...

...what I was trying to say is, if a guy doesn't get banned, or if the bans seem inconsistent, it doesn't mean there's favoritism or some conspiracy. A lot of guys think that every time a guy mouths off and doesn't get banned, he must be close personal friends with Mike or Mr. Wilson.

More likely, he just slipped one under the radar, or they're waiting to see if he acts up again.

I figure a long time history of contribution can keep you out of the penalty box in situations where other guys get the hammer. While a history of stirring the pot or refusing to participate entirely...

Anyway, just wanted to make that clear. I think the mods are doing a fine job.
