Joe is a legend for having such a love for pool. It’s only a matter of time before he has a real big impact on the game.
We all know the trolls and doubters will come flooding in but you can’t deny Joes love for the game. If he does get Earl on the podcast it could very well be another spike in pool popularity. Just like the hustler and TCOM.
Just because Joe has a way of extracting certain dialogue and story telling to enhance the topic. Earl is top notch for that and all long as Earl can just be agreeable and concise with Joe it would make a hell of a show!!! I think it would send pool into the stratosphere if this could take place

well, he lives in the austin area iirc. so not that big a deal.
also, the lone savior trope when it comes to pool is tiresome. let the sport grow organically with the 10-ball tour and the 9-ball tour that are both picking up speed, and it will be a much more solid foundation than latching on to the hopes of one rich/influental guy being a messiah like benefactor. jmho.

Joe could help, but he won't be a savior. Promotion of pool has to be done with a multi faceted approach.

I don't know Joe at all, but know he's a credible celebrity with a big following.
I'd like to see him do what Manny Pacquiao did, which was conceive of, help finance and promote a major new independent event.
Were he to produce a tournament called the "Joe Rogen Invitational" and use his network of contacts to help draw attention to it, pro pool might get a nice boost.

That was pretty funny. Some no-name Dr. on CNN said he took "horse de-wormer" for covid and Joe had him on his show and confronted him about it. "I can afford people medicine M***R F***ER!" Lol.
What is great about Joe is they had a civil conversation before and after that.
