Joey A Jr. At Buffalo's Billiards in NOLA Beat the full 64 player field! -

just looking out

Had a news buzz that someone was messing with Lock. Now I know Lock can take care of himself and now it seems that Joey A has come to his aid as well.
I can go back to watching my netflix .Way to go JA jr

I didn't know JoeyA Jr. played pool. At first I thought our JoeyA snapped off a 64 player field. At first I was like, "Well, yeah - he's supposed to...." but when I saw it was junior, I was like, "....niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice........."

Duck Soup is one of my good friends! Never any harm meant to him!

Hey, good for JA Jr., sounds like a great time. Though,Duck must be a pretty poor player, getting "peeled" like that, and taking "knots" on his head and all. Can't anyone win without the other guy made out being such a "chump"? We can all play this game and keep some pride I hope, it's just a game, and does not define who we are, just something we all like to do. I'm sure there was no offense intended, but just does not sit right with me for some reason.

Hello ChicagoRJ,
Just to set the record right, Kenner Duck is an Excellent pool player, whatever the game may be. One Pocket, Nine Ball, and Eight Ball ETC. I call him names to his face because he is my friend. No harm meant at all! We kid like that. If he plays Kerwin and wins then Kerwin gets his head peeled, or is a chump until he redeems himself. I even call my brothers chumps. We play like that. If Duck Soup was not my friend, I would not call him out of his name period!!! I can understand your point though.... Thanks. P. S. Next time I am in Chicago,IL. I will look you up to play a little pool and meet you.

Lock N Load.

Next time I'm in New Orleans I'm gonna look all you guys up!
The Gingerbread Man might have one more road trip left in him. The first guy that asks me for a spot, I'm leaving town.
No one thinks ole Jay can play anymore. Are you all in for a surprise!

It feels like just yesterday Joe Jr. and Myself were juggling the one ball in the 9-ball tournament.

Glad to hear he is shooting better, he is an incredibly awesome guy!

He said exactly what I thought!

Joey, please convey to Jr that we send sincere Yankee congratulations.

Also, don't let a negative post derail any happiness. Even though it did seem to came out of no where. These things do happen in the sporting world. Remember this.......

You and another of my pool heros (Dr. Incardona) are always either on their "last" trip or "coming out of retirement. :). Yes indeed. And always on the way to the bank also. To make deposits. :D

You sound like Bill Tecumseh Sherman wanting to pillage the south again!:D

Hello Mr. Jay,
I hope you are doing well? I needed you when a guy on AZB was trying to run me off the road! I am your friend, remember? Please do not let them run me off of the road on here! JoeyA came to my rescue, and ChicagoRJ as well., Oh, and Moejoe stepped up to the plate. I feel good now. I did not get my head peeled on AZB. Thanks Mr. Jay.

Regards,
Lock N Load.

Thank you PWD72s.

Bothered me not a bit to read that Joey's son did well...

Hello Mr. PWD72s,
I thank you for your comments on my post about JoeyA Jr. I appreciate people like you, a real person. Stepping up to the plate. Thanks again. Nice to meet you.

Nawlin's Action

I have enjoyed Lock's recent postings of the New Orleans scene. Having called Nawlin's my home for the majority of my life, I miss the action there. I was there (bartending) when the huge tournaments would be held at Racketeers and the Sports Palace. I miss the action guys: NY Blackie, Earl Rapier, Joe V, Tenny, Eddie B, Gene F, Lil Sal, Lil Bill, Derrick, Vinnie, Flyboy, Ricky P, Hump, Howard, and of course JOEY A! I watched JoeyA beat up on my mentor Earl Rapier more than a handful of times.

I wasn't sure that JoeyA,JR was JoeyA's son. Guess he is! How come I didn't see him at the Derby when I last saw you at the Executive West JoeyA? Wonder if we can talk Mark Moore to come sweat some more action for another 18 hours till he vacates prematurely?

Glad to hear Eddie's still floating that cueball around on a string. It's a pretty thing to watch such a smoothe stroke and soft cueball. I meet up with him at the poker tables every now and then, and believe me, it ain't so pretty or smoothe there! Sorry Eddie B, but you've got all the heads up poker action you want! HEHE

We need a picture of this JoeyA JUNIOR guy so that I know who to ask for a spot from next time I'm at Buff's.

BTW, not trying to knock your action Joey, that has already been done hundreds of times before. But I love the commentary at Galveston when you pretend that you don't know what shots to shoot. Very entertaining though, hope to hear more of your commentary soon. You should have a Youtube page, or do you???

BUSTED again!! :D:D:D

There are more than a few sharp cats out in pooldom!

PS-Try and back pedal out of THAT one! :D:D:D

DUDE!??? I mean WTH? Now you're revealing the real SECRETS of JoeyA. That' ain't right.

Oh and Joe Jr will be remaining anonymous until we go on the road and rob the Smooth Criminals. No Livestreaming for JoeJR. :shakehead:

You used to be a pretty good guy. I guess being away from home for so long, you lose what makes us Southern guys special. Come back and visit and you will get it back in short order.

No youtube page but I sent you a PM with something interesting for you to read.

Best Regards,
JoeyA

Well, Gonegray has gone and knocked JoeyA and Joe Jr's action.

Hello Gonegray. Home Boy,
You had no cause or reason to go and knock JoeyA and Joe Jr's action like that! Man, and you are a Home Boy too! Now you did not even mention that Lock N Load was keeping quite about their game plan. Now you have let the cat out of the bag, with the kitten! Man how can you do that to the JoeyA clan? I did not even tell the AZB people about JoeyA playing Scotty Townsend! I can keep a secret about JoeyA. I would never let it out about JoeyA's action at World's Famous Buffalo's Billiards in New Orleans, LA. I would not even dare to tell everybody how he wins the tournament at Buffalos a lot, opps did I just say that! Me and my Big Mouth! Now JoeyA is going to call me a knocker. I hope he does not see this post!!
Please AZB people, do not rat on me about this post! Gonegray I believe your mouth is still big, knocking JoeyA and his son's action. I see you are doing OK other than telling on JoeyA. Good to see that you are still knocking folks action. Gonegray, when are you coming home?

If JoeyA finds about this post, I will know who told him, and I will give them the Orange Crush, or perhaps the Blue Thru, I get the Slaps!

Did I tell you all about the time JoeyA beat Lectric Mike so bad we had to call EMS for Mike! I will not tell never! AZB, I will never tell about this match, I promise!
