I think everyone knows that the 'Texas dude' sells an inferior copy/knockoff of a JB. J&J also sells a case that is clearly the same as the ACME(insert roadrunner-coyote jokes here). Regardless of your take on JB himself his cases are very well made, my 3x6(which i got used) is built like a tank and protects cues great.

I have no clue what you're referring to in regards to JB's case designs. The implication is he copied/stole another design?? Like i said i truly do not have a clue as to background/history of these cases. I do know that the other guy's version is lame in comparison.

Jesus you are dense. I douby highly that you have any designs but if you do the adage applies that there is nothing in the world cheaper than a good idea with no action.
If you ever did bring out anything that was any good and I thought it was something that my customers could benefit from and it were legal to implement without licensing it then I would probably incorporate it into our work. And if it required licensing then I would seek the licensing. If it were not licensable then I wouldn't use it.
Again, I don't have any issue with copying. We are all genetic copies and we are all taught to imitate during our formative years. We are encouraged to copy and improve and innovate.
My issue is when poor copies are done and touted as superior products. That's delusional at best and deliberate fraud at worst.
Only a fool or a fraud doesn't offer his customers the state of the art or better.

Not familiar with the Irish kiss, what I know of as the Liverpool kiss can be deadly if used between older children or adults. My brothers and I fought pretty much constantly as children. As for being a go-off "artist". Well, on Thursday I won $5000 playing one pocket. I can certainly go-off but you have to have some heart to get in the box and I know that I have more heart than you could even allow yourself to dream of having.
And luckily for me I make enough money that "going-off" is a small fraction of my net worth. I'd much rather have heart than to be a nit like you.
Now tell us some of your "stories" about how you went to pro tournaments and beat all the pros in the backrooms or that time when you played Cajuns giving up the five out and the bet was that loser had to swim across a pond full of gators and when you won you jumped in any way and grabbed the nearest one and rode it across.
