i recently got a wood to wood joint true sneaky made from a very reputable maker, went with 3/8x10 pin, had this issue you can see in the pics where, when screwed together, the cue has a slight gap no matter how hard i try and tighten it
so i sent it back and they said they would reface the shaft and then sent it back to me, well the cue is exactly the same
which i take to mean they didn't even double check it to make sure the problem was fixed when they sent it back
now i wonder if i should send it back again or just return it and have them make me another one or if it really affects playability that much?
i don't want this to get worse over the life of the cue, but it's also a pain to be sending it off and waiting for them to send it back the exact same condition as before
so is this really a big issue?
put the paper for reference, not a huge credit card width gap, but a gap nonetheless
