Here's one that I just finished up for Cliffy. Clif asked that I dye the background on it instead of using a antique paste and I really like the way it turned out. It was a good challenge and I learned a lot from it too. I hope you love it cliffy! Anyway here's some of the pictures.

Absolutely stunning work my friend. It must be casemakers that names start with the letter R, because you ''Rusty'' & cyrex ''Rex'' seem to be stepping things up to new levels. Thanks for the pics & keep doing your thing sir it looks real good.

Thanks for the nice comments guys. It's not often that I get to do a light colored case so I really enjoyed working on it because I love light colored cases. I can't really take credit for the color though, Clif told me how he wanted it done and helped to walk me through the process which is different than I normally do. I like the color and I hope it's close to what he was looking for.

Trust me you did alright buddy, the color is the Shiznit

We did it Old School, like my Dad would have done when he was a saddlemaker. Its really NICE when a case maker listens to what the customer wants and is willing to try new (old) things

The best bargain EVER for the price

Rusty case looks great, it kinda gives a nice depth to the carving that would be missed when doing monotones. Cant wait for my call from you for my order.
