JustaWARNING about justabanger.

I purchased a sniper 2 j/b cue from him about a month ago to supposedly help fund Max Eberle to go to New York and play in the 14.1 tourney. I still don't have the cue and there has not been communication for weeks.

In the link, Fast Lenny said he used be logged in as autopctech and had a bad transaction w/Joe (bamacues), that had been resolved but only after threatening to get the law involved.

He lives in AZ and just takes his sweet time in delivering on his promises, if at all. This is my 1st screwing on AZB and I don't like it. I will be contacting the authorities if this is not resolved soon.

This is especially egregious considering the fact he used the premise of helping out someone to scam you.
 
I am online right now for the first time in a while. I have been out of town for a spending time with my kids. I assumed this situation was already taken care of, and come to find out tonight that it was not. I have made the necessary arrangements with the person involved and this situation will be resolved tomorrow morning.
 
Just so everyone knows, I did hear from Justin via PM this evening and he said he would send out the cue tomorrow. I hope it happens. Thanks for everyone's help! As mentioned earlier, I hate these things.

On my soapbox...If there is a problem or something comes up, all anyone has to do is contact the buyer and set the correct expectations, which did not happen in this case. We will understand. The seller should take ownership of the situation and not rest till the deal is done. Communication is a wonderful thing.

I will let you all know when the cue is received.

Bashing you as usual?, you have disrespected me personally more then anyone else I have met in Arizona, the only thing I have disrespected you on was woofing about a stupid pool game because you make a game and never follow through on it. :cool:
 
I was under the impression that you could only have one original screen name, and if you created more, it would lead to a banning. Is this not correct?

I just do not understand how some people go about business. If something came up and you can no longer follow-through, or just changed your mind, let the other person know. It is only polite, besides being good for future business.

I recently talked to Dave about a trade. The cue was not mine and I had to ask my friend what he wanted to do. He ended up keeping him cue. I made sure I let Dave know that we were not going to do the trade as soon as I knew. Dave ended up trading his cue for another great cue. If I would have kept him waiting or not let him know, he probably would have lost that trade. I do not think some people realize how much they affect the other person when they don't communicate.

I really appreciated you letting me know one way or another. That's what we are supposed to do and most of the time it goes unmentioned. Unfortunately, we mostly only talk about the negative.
