Justin is playing phenomenal right now. He is tearing up just about every tournament he plays in. I think he is on a world class level and ready to prove it to the world.

Justin Bergman is an exceptional player. Among Americans, and on the big tables, I think only SVB, Dechaine and Hall are clear favorites over him.

Justin plays at the same level on 9 footers. Don't doubt him.

I just hope JB begins playing in these major tourneys soon.
He needs that exposure to the World 9-ball and other international events.

I feel had SVB shied away from playing overseas he definitely would
have NEVER won a single one of these. By competing with the big boys,
SVB has set himself up to win a world championship in the future.

Go, Bergman! We need another U.S. elite player!

He sure can play with the big dogs...but does he ever gamble with his own money? Johnnyt

So what you're saying is you have no idea if he plays with his own. Johnnyt

What I'm saying is there is a good probability that he has and would bet his own money and the only sure way for you to know is ask him face to face. It would be fun to hear what answer you get.

Yes he has and does sometimes, depends on his bankroll. But of course he can get staked too whenever needed.

When he was a kid he used to play sometimes in a weekly barbox 9 ball tournament in Alton and he was already better than most of the older guys who were regulars.

He is going to play in the WC9 next year. I predict he will get in the top 16 on his very first year playing in a world event.

Hope he doesn't mind, if he does I will remove. I think it says a lot about both individuals.

This needs to be said... Where do I begin??? A few years ago Justin Bergman was not the same guy/man he is now and nobody's perfect and we ALL learn from our mistakes. Justin and I have become pretty good friends and I'm very proud of this guy. He has made some personal changes in his life for the better and along with it, his game has come full circle. Yes, "he used to play very good but now he is playing as good as anyone on earth". This guy is winning EVERY TOURNAMENT HE PLAYS!!! I must say that if he doesn't make team USA it will be a shame. He beat Alex Pagulyan twice to win the event in Oklahoma tonight and we've been talking for the last 30 minutes. This guy has grown up, and look out world! He's here to stay!
