At times I overlooked kv's brashness and aggressivenes. I defended him from what I percieved as a pack mentality. I even purchased a cue and donated it to the windy city tournament for a raffle.

My grandfather always said that "everything comes out in the wash". Our capitalistic society is proven healthy here when a community can create success, and when necessary, negate that success. Kv has proven his critics right. He has let down the very community that allowed for his achievements. He has, through his own actions, disappointed those that gave him the benefit of the doubt and supported him.

Kv has some real, honest explaining to do. In the end, everyone understands that life situations can change. The shame here isn't that kv hasn't kept his deadlines. The shame lies in his lack of communication and the disrespect it shows to his paying, waiting customers. The shame is real, and sadly, its all kevins.

i think there are other reasons that threads get deleted or locked and i am not going inot them here,but i think alot of members know the reasons.

I 'think' I had read once (maybe last year) that KV was dealing with serious health issues (maybe cancer) and I think that he was unable to respond to threads and that's why they were Deleted.

Well.... none of use REALLY knows what is the deal with KV at the moment......Did he take the money and run ? Is he back in hte Hospital with the serious health issues that delayed him a while back? Is a close relative on their final days and KV wishes to be with this person? Hell is he on Vacation?

Nobody knows.....Me myself dont beleive he is a thief... altho shit does happen I just dont see it......All we or a few of us can do is hope for the best....

This is a very good response, you have put things into prospective which I lack the eloquences to do. I am very glad that others are speaking up on this issue. Because this is something that effects every member who buys, sells or trades here.

I only hope that Kevin makes things right, because the World is a small place. When you conduct yourself in a other than honest manner, your world begins to shrink, and soon there is no where left to go.

Craig, have you been able to contact Kevin lately? You are the only forum contact for Kevin, please help everyone out here. By now Craig, I am certain you know who most of the Members are who are on the losing end of this situation. Why not contact them privately and give them and only them Kevin's contact information.

I do not think you want to be in the middle of this anymore. I know that the only reason you have been involved up to this point has been because you have tried to help a friend. But at some point even friendship can become something that is harmful and not helping anyone.

Kevin is in Waynesville, NC at the Smokey Mountain Shoot-out and I heard him talking to a guy and showing a guy 2 jump cues and a Break Cue of his, I think he sold all 3 of them.

great post. I love azb overall. Most of the time i feel it is well ran. Sometimes we I dont know.

We may have another soon. I had a guy that pmd me about a cue he thinks I stiffed him on through ebay years back. He couldn't be more
wrong. All his info it wrong. Deff not me. I never owned a schon nor will I.

It's true.

He played, went 2 and out. Lost to Brian White 9-2 then John Sherlock 7-3.He also had a vendor selling a playing cue for him.

I'm just waiting for him to post like he said he would. Then I can demolish his evidence. Appareantly I lived in virgina at a point in my life without me knowing.
