Big kudos to all the posters who have campaigned for Varney to issue refunds to people who have waited years. You all may have helped out here.
I'm sorry for all the anguish you have suffered during your ordeal and it never would have happened had Varney been banned but consider yourself very lucky in comparison to all the other tortured azers who suffered worse.

Hey guys, you do know that we can all give him negative I-trader reviews even if we did not buy anything from him. I think this is the way to go so people who stumble upon this guy will have some warning before it is two late. The worst the mod's will do is delete the rating, but if we politely warn people and put a link to these threads it may save some one else all the trouble many others have had.

I didn't lie about anything, I gave him a negative rating and listed a link to the thread where he screwed a forum member.
If I get banned, it only further proves someone is protecting him, I am doing nothing except standing up for what is right and if doing what is right is wrong here maybe I should not be a member any longer. It really doesn't matter in the scope of things anyway Life will certainly go farword for me with or with out AZ Billiards!!!!

I fell out of my chair laughing so hard when I read your post... Dang that sounds alot like some of my luck....lol...
negative feedback him, and warn others. I followed up on actual cases of several people who had verified payment received and never received anything. Just post the truth so others don't get heisted. When they see this guy with 97% positive feedback they will not think to search the forum!
