Kuo 16 vs Wu 12

Wu breaks and makes the 7. Has a long tester of a 1 to bottom left from the top left of the table. Packets the 1, but overhits the CB and hides the CB behind the 4 and 9 for the 2. Wu kicks hard and flukes the 3 right side. CB rolls off to the bottom left.

Kuo takes the 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9 fast to go on the hill.

Wu is gonna have nightmares about this match. I hope he gets over it and appreciates how well he played overall.

Kuo 16 vs Wu 13

Kuo breaks and makes the 1 with a tester of a 2. Kuo thinks hard. Goes down and up again. Kuo goes for cover with a soft hit, makes a good safety with CB hiding behind the 6 while 2 caroms off the 9 slowly but 2 didn't hit a cushion missing it by half an inch and fouls.

Wu gets a breather and cleans the rack fast.

Just being in the finals is an incredible accomplishment, and when the dust settles, he's going to be loving it. He's got a whole pool future ahead of him!

Were you familiar with these players before this WPC? I've been introduced to them for the first time, but of course I don't keep up with everything and all of the players out there as you all do.

Uh-oh, a turning point for Wu! Take advantage of it, Wu, and run out.

Well, we know now! In the event they snuck into a pool hall here looking for a bit of action, haha. Had Keith heard of them?

It definitely slipped my radar guns, shockingly I might add, the juniors that is.

Any Wu, it'll definitely catch my attention in the future. :D

Kuo 16 vs Wu 16

Wu breaks and makes 1 and 2 with 3 hanging on the top left. 4 is married on the long right rail covered by the 8 with 7 hanging on the right side.

Wu thinks long to get position on the 4 to carom off the 7. Wu makes the 3 with CB in a nice position to carom the 7. CB caroms the 7 off the 4 with a decent 4.

Wu thinks hard. Goes down and the up. Wu fires hard and makes position on the 5 for top left. 5 deposited in. 6 nearly off the rail passing the 8. 8 on the same packet and 9 to join Kuo in the hill.
