'La Pelirroja' ~ The Redhead.

This case is going to be a tribute to redheaded women. The inspiration came from one of my most favorite car designs...the Ferrari Testarossa, which is a tribute to redheaded women. Testarossa being Italian for 'red head'. In fact, all the cam covers on the engine heads are painted red. Those crazy Italians. :)

But with 'RED' I think of flames. And of course, a hot redheaded woman just makes them that much hotter.

Just wanted to share some in-progress pics. I'll post more once the case is complete.

all kidding aside both cases are fantastic work

Thanks guys. I'm trying out some new dyes and using an airbrush to to apply them. Should be interesting. I know it's pretty non-traditional and not everyone's cup of tea so I appreciate the positive feedback. I have some semi 'traditional' tooling coming along too. I'll post up pics of that stuff soon.

Awesome Panel

I saw this in person last week and I told Rex he could just mount this on a wall and not even need to make a case out of it. As I mentioned before, the three dimensional aspects of the art work are really amazing in person.
