Lambros M.E.T. cue...

You know what it take to play with expensive Cue, just money to buy.

Maybe if you World Class tweeting equipment might help you a small amount. Giving someone who is World class an edge.

Quit trying to convince people Joey a Magic Cue with make a banger into one of the great.

Believe many moons ago when Magician was early in career, before he was chased with people trying to give him Cues.

He was playing with a $25.00 junker Cue.

History is intresting.

At approx 8:50 into the video they mention that Efren is playing with a $15.00 cue. Hard to recognize Efren at first .. very young!

Right. He sent his new cue to a popular youtuber because he doesn't need to advertise. If he doesn't need to advertise, why didn't he give his new cue to some player at the local pool hall to demo? Thanks for playing, that's BINGO for me.
Several players at the local pool hall have tried it. They all ordered one.

Locally made custom cue made by Jessie
Efren told us he won it in a game and used it as a breaker. He had a new shaft made for it by Jessie in Manila. It was over 60" and 21+ oz. Then used it as his player.
Collector Denny Glenn owns it now afaik.

I was always curious about the length of Efren's cues. I am 5'11 and a normal cue doesn't even reach my chin but his seem to always reach above his ear when he sets it on the floor. I don't know how tall he is but it just seemed to be a longer then normal cue.

He's around 5'7" ,5'8".

Joey, I don't think that was the jessie cue. That match was from 1988. He Didn't get the jessie till 1994.its the same one here, in this video from 1990.he won the Japan open with it. Untill it got stollen from a pool hall in 92 I believe.

Then it's a Boyet cue. Luat told me Efren used a Boyet cue. I have no idea who he was then.
Funniest story I heard was Efren had dinner with Gus Szambotti and he still stuck with his cheap cue.
He also had a Gina.

I heard about the boyet cue. I didn't realize it was that one.

yes it can ... but all im saying .... Mosconi ran >500 balls in the 50s .... most people cant run 60 now with any available technology ... the focus is in the wrong place. people are chasing "Technological advances" .... when they need to fix themselves

this tells me technology isnt a problem
Mosconi was a generational player. Please don't compare the masses to the immortals.

Wtf are you talking about ... What makes lambros so much better than any other cue maker... Tascarealla .. tonkin .. Cohen ... Ect and so on...
I've owned a Cohen, beautiful cue, a piece of art almost, great ring work, etc, but a dead stick in my hands, I thought the shafts were horrible. I own a really nice Tascarella that is one of my favorite all time cues, but I've hit with others that had a completely different feel. I currently shoot with a Diveney that I like and own three others, all very consistent in how they play for me. I own some old Palmers, a couple of Lomax cues, a couple of Frey cues, OB cues, Dunkel Cues, Predator cues, etc...

I've owned 4 Lambros cues, still have one, they all play very consistently. To me that consistency is the hallmark of a quality cue maker. He is one of the best out there, like it or not. Doesn't mean everyone will like how his cues play, but he makes a quality product.

I was in Mike's shop today and was able to test hit his new cue design. I do NOT have an elite stroke and I was able to move the cue ball with much less effort. I'm no engineer, not a pro, or even a top amateur, but I could feel the difference immediately. Will this cue make me a pro? Hell no! Might this cue get me an extra ball or two in a match because I was able to make a tough shot with increased accuracy since I won't feel the need to force it? I can see that happening.

Stories are stories, some are backed up with facts,

The Efren could still play great off the wall with house cue.

It is Efrin’s skill that makes him great, and mussel memory from doing same thing or shiny right how many times in practice & play.

More drivel
Efren loves seafood though, right?
That part musta been accurate.
