landon shuffet competition video?

I was able to watch Landon at the World 10 Ball Championships this past May. I sat with his father and watched him take Warren Kiamco to the hill. A few weeks later he defeated Earl Strickland in another tournament. This kid is 100% champion! Someday he will be winning a lot of these tournaments.

9ballprodigy, why train your kid to enter a field with extremely limited finanicail possibilities. Start training the at birth to be a doctor, lawyer, or computer engineer. A person can do one of those careers and still play on the pro tour. Most tournaments are just Friday night and Saturday and Sunday. Train your kid for a career and later in life he'll say my dad gave me living and taught me a great game. If you train your kid to be a pro pool player later in life he'll say my dad taught me pool, by the way can I bum a cigarette from you. I'll pay you back when I win my next match.

Landon plays in the U.S. Open and the Derby City Classic EVERY year! He also competes in the BCA Jr. National tournament, which he WON this year, at age 13! He plays VERY strong!Scott Lee

yeah. i took a minor sabatical from pool for the last 2 years or so. college has been kicking my ass. i've been back into it now though. and i also live in hawaii!!! i have no way of being a spectator at the US open and the DCC. i only am up to date on what i get on espn.

ummm... yeah. it was a joke. i'm 22. i have no wish to be a father right now. but i will tell you one thing, if i ever do have a kid, i'm making sure that i expose him to pool early to see if he likes it or has any natural talent. there are days that i wish that my dad taught me to play mahjong when i was a kid. i'm a pretty decent poker player and i think i would have taken to the game quite well.

Yes, Landon is playing great. He is a fine young man and it is great to see him do well. I was really glad to see that he won the Jr. Nationals this year. All of his hard work is really starting to pay off. Success does not come easy. Both he and his father have worked very hard on this achievement.
Stan is a great instructor and has taught Landon everything perfectly. Both have a great work ethic and it shows in his performance. If anyone is looking for an extremely knowledgable instructor you should give Stan a call. He is a world class teacher and I have certainly learned lots from him during the past 10 years.
