Dean,

If you get a chance, please tell Larry there is a guy in Kansas that really appreciates the pictures of the ebony and burl pointed cue that you just got.

Wow, quite the cue. I see why you like it so much!

Take care,

Will Prout

thanks to Will for the kind words
I thought that collectors as well as players might like the cue
I will thank Larry for you

WOW! Look at the taper on that shaft! Bet that would be great for playing 3-cushion with. Have you ever played 3-cushion with a shaft tapered like that? If so how did it play?

the taper on the cue is my special order.Larry was reluctant to do it
I have found it to work best for me,it was what John Nemic put on the Deano cues at my request and is not the taper thay either cue maker prefers

I am very pleased with the work Larry did for me and have received many compliments on the cue.

This cue cost less than $1000 and is worth much more to me.I prefer his cues
to many that are very highly praised here on Az

Larry owns a very good business and like Ron Haley builds cues as a hobby and can build only a few pr year,I suggest you call him quick if you want one of these beauties

I have had a lot of pms inquiring about getting a full splice cue like this one. This cue is not a FS cue. The redwood burl is great at hiding the joints. So good even. The guy who gave me the redwood, because it wasn't good enough for his cues. Didn't even notice the handle was three pieces of burl. When he was holding the cue in his hands.

Thanks for you interest. If I ever get good enough to build a fully splice, 3 high, 3 low. With sharp points, on both ends, cue. I may start building full time.
