Exact same tool body and function. Standard uses cloth backed alumni oxide abrasive on shaper and scuffed while Pro uses silicon carbide (next to diamonds in hardness)

They do the same job. Silicon carbide is a little more aggressive cutting
 
I was playing tonight and didn't have my 4ever tool with me. There was a normal curved sanding thingie right by where I was sitting so I used it, not even close to Joel's tool. I missed having it with me but I've been doing some tip work at home sothat's where it is.

Very nice product that is as advertised. I highly recommend it if anyone's on the fence.

I gotta agree that this is a great product. Perfect Dime on my Kamui and the scuffer is absolutely perfect IMO. A+ product Joel. Much success to you bud :thumbup:

ill place my order tonight, have to put funds in my visa first

I got a question , would you recommend buying metal one or wooden one, and why, I can't decide because I think the wooden is lighter which is a plus, but the metal is more expensive which in my book always indicates betterness, let me know.
 
the tip tool i was using fell apart just before my 9 ball match. all the pins fell out onto the floor! looking forward to using yours! just placed my order and thanks for the discount!

I just attended the Seminole Steve Mizerak 10 Ball Tournament. I spoke with 32 different pros there, gave demo's on the tool and gave each one their choice of Aluminum or Wood. 88% took the Aluminum tool.

Obviously, I can use either & I use the Aluminum.

Understand that they do the exact same job, there is no difference in tool function. It is all about look and feel.
 
Just received my Last4Ever Tip Tool. Working from home today, so I got the chance to get the mail and give it go on my cues.

Gotta say I like it. Simple in design, yet very functional. Kinda like a Swiss Army knife for billiards! I ordered the aluminum dime shape - easy to use. Small enough to fit easily in my case; will replace a number of other tools I have.

Pleasure doing business with Joel; I ordered one evening on line; order shipped next day. 20% AZB discount makes this a sweet deal.

I picked the wood version (being ship out today :thumbup:). I figure if I ever bang the wood tool against the shaft, there would be a smaller chance of dinging the shaft.

Oh really? I know you know "stuff" so I will buy one on your recommnedation alone. :smile: If it is better than the Kamui Gator I will be surprised.

BTW, do you use layered tips or non-layered tips? Have you tried this device on both types of tips?
