The Tiger Pro X has a harder hit and more deflection than the Z2. I personally don't like it, but I can understand why some would. Tiger makes a quality product and in fact I played for a year or so with a tiger blank that was custom tapered by a cue maker. The quality and playability was very good, but I went back to the z2 because it just suits my playing style better and I've been playing with it ever since.
The Jacoby shaft I've only tried once, so I don't really remember a lot about it. I remember it was good and I got good spin on the ball, but that I didn't have the same control as with my Z2. Jacoby cues are very popular around here, and they make a quality product.
In summary I don't think you could go wrong with either quality wise. They will both deflect more than the z2, and they have different feels. The Edge Hybrid definitely hits softer than the Tiger Pro X. To me, that's a plus, it might not be to you.
