I love my 3x6 Murnak, but I wanted a case for my player only that I could put under the seat of my truck. Brian built me a 1x2 envelope case from the Chestnut English bridle leather. It is super nice quality, and looks and works great.

Do they have shoulder strap?

No strap... as is, handle only. High speed, low drag.

I would keep the chestnut one for myself, but I have to many as it is.

Nice cases ideal for someone who just wants to take in one or two cues some nights... I have a 3x6 Instroke Cowboy Case and love it ... It is the best case I have ever owned. I've been told of people running over these Instrokes and spinning out on them, Setting on top of them with thier back wheels and then spinning out and shooting them out from under the truck. It is heck on the leather but the cue sees no damage at all and the Instroke is strong enough to protect what is inside from any damage at all not even a scratch or ding occurs to the cues... I was told this by a very reliable source who had a old instroke case and had just bought a new one but wanted to see how strong Instrokes were ... So he did the above to the old case with the above results... I myself would never take that chance with my cues...

So all that is to get to this your cases look nice and seem ideal for nights when a person would not want to tote a case like I have (3x6 Instroke Cowboy) into a pool hall or club ... Those big Instrokes do get heavy when loaded down... Your case seems to be a good answer for nights when you just want to slide in unnoticed without the big case of cues in tow... But how strong is your cases and the tubes inside??? I don't expect you to run them over with a truck ...lol... But what if they fall with the cues inside of them or something falls on top of them will any damage occur to the cues ... Will they fold or dent thus damaging what is inside if you want to put them in small compact places where you would not be able to put a big case? Like behind the seat of your truck where damage may occur if they get stuck between the seat and anything behind your seat...

I have to admit that I was kind of skeptical when I saw how small and thin these cases looked. But then seeing Bama Joe gave them a plus and owns one said alot in my mind that these cases are good quality.Along with Cocobollo Cowboy giving them a plus I don't know these two posters personally but know that they are good AZ'ers with good track records and Leon speaks very highly of Joe ... So thier posts in this thread mean alot to me and have me considering something like this for on those nights when I just want to take in my player....

Ahhh... thanks? I think...

Any case with enough stress will fold, period. But if you're careless enough to fold a cue case, then maybe you shouldn't be playing pool?

As for small, Joe got a 1b2s... so it was small. No sense in making it bigger than it needed to be. I'm finsihing a 4b8s this weekend. I'll post pics. That one will be a monster.

But your right... slip in and out with not a lot of frills. High speed low profile.

Love carrying my Nittany Leather 1b2s when I want to travel light. Great looking, streamlined yet durable case that gets lots of compliments. The leather is crazy thick and the hardware is top quality.

Don't hesitate to buy one of these cases (or order one from Brian).

Nice looking work sir. Do you make a case that will take a slightly larger cue?

No problem. I just need to know the exact length of the cue. I finished up one a while back with a 35" inside length. All standard cases will fit anything to 31-1/2". I also provide plugs to stack inside the tubes for custom fit.

I could make a case for a house cue (or a fly rod), if you REALLY wanted one... lol.
