LEE BRETT, WOW! Big Upset.

This is a very big upset!! lee is a great potter and makes everything he can see but as for playing shape and knowing the game, not that strong.
I agree about his shape play but disagree that he doesn't know the
game.Lee knows the game very well and his potting gets himself out
of alot of jams.To beat Ralf a straight race to 11 makes me think,
if you think he doesn't know the game,I would love to see who he could beat if he did?

i did not say he doesn't know the game and im sure he is getting better at it all the time but has a ways to go still.

If LEE is good enough to beat Ralf in a race to 11, then to me Lee is good enough to win the U.S open, you got a fan here in Baltimore Mr.Brett that is hopeing you win the whole thing!

Congrats to Lee on a great win over one of the greatest players of all time.

By my calculation, Ralf can still win the US Open if he wins his next 23,708 matches in a row.

Didn't Immonen win the US Open very deep from the loser's bracket a few years back? Or so I've heard.

Anyway, congrats Lee! "Those who can, do; those who can't, teach" (and those who can't teach, manage)

You just made the above statement look stupid

Speaking of instructors who shoot staight, Ralph Eckert has just beaten Charlie Williams by a score of 11-10.

so, lee can play pool ha! I should buy his video. congrats to lee for beating one of the greatest pool players.

Just saw that Lee Brett just beat Ralph Souquet on the hill. Thats quite a win for the Englishman and can only boost his career as an instructor. Well done Lee, hope you keep it going buddy.

Congrats Lee,
Nice talking to you at the worlds pool hall 3 nights in a row. And practicing with you the first night you were in my city. Thanks for the info Lee.
