I'd like to see some of the new work from the Searing shop. How about some of the new ones built in the last year or two, refurbs don't count.

Am I looking for unicorns??. There is no malice intended in this post, I am just curious to see what direction Dennis in going in. With a lot of cuemakers making advances in design and build what has the master been working on?

In thinking of say the last (?) 5 cues Dennis has made, and I know the owners of, they don't post on the forum.

Everything I have seen is typical Searing, custom Veneer colors, sharp on the monry points and enough CNC inlay to set the cue off like a nice pair of cufflinks sets off a fine dress shirt.

I have one with over 160 inlays. 2013 brand new and I have been playing with it as soon I got it. What a playing cue and the workman ship is outstanding. Dennis is truly a master cue maker, It is quite honor to own one of his new cue.
Regards
Peter

No one actually owns a Searing. They are all still waiting for it.

Is he still working?

Yes. I'm one of the lucky souls who saw him working this year.
There is no doubt in my mind, he is the best cue maker who ever lived.
I'm not even going to entertain any argument.;)
If I owned one of his cues, it'd be buried with me.

Dennis IS working and though you don't see a lot of his work it is out there... Probably because the owners are STILL thouroughly studying them with amazement...
