Here's a nice one with multi-piece fleur-de-lis inlays that Gilbert did not long ago for Troy over at onthehill.net. The inlay pieces are ivory and black-lip MOP. Hope he doesn't mind. :smile: (Additional info on the cue is available here: http://www.onthehill.net/Gilbert.htm )

Did you guys know that translated, fleur-de-lis is French for "lily flower"...as in Iris ??

That's a rare Bobby Hunter cue he didnt do many I think around 6 or so with a white but cap. Mostly for early cues and some for his family cues from what he told me several years ago. Good looking cue.

Thank you for the translation. I was wondering and the design now makes sense to me. And.. by the way... your cue is, imo, the best of the bunch. I'm a sucker for rich brown/tan/orange tones.
