Let's see your Schons!!

These are two Schon Elites I owned over the last couple of years. They were excellent playing cues with top-notch work.

What a great assortment of cues, its a pleasure to see some of the elites and the old sharp pointed,or runde era cues,i've never seen one that didn''t play good.ii am having evan clark make me a couple of box cues now,for my money evan is one of the top cue makers alive, the new ones seem the best to me.

i have a no.1405 for sale now,see page 5 for a picture,but mine is all ebony brand new,2 shafts

keep up with the pics

I know this is really only like 2/3 Schon but I think it belongs with the other Schon pics. Custom J/B made from a STL-9 in Jimmy Reeves Shop.I also included a pic of the origional forearm.

What amazing looking cues guys!!!! Bravo!!! This is an awesome thread... keep posting :)

My first custom cue was a Runde era Schon R-12.
I ordered it back in 1985 and I honestly couldn't tell
you what color the veneers were but it had my name on
the opposite side of the buttcap. I sold it to a pawn shop
in North Chicago, Il. when my first wife broke her neck
in a car accident. Years later I was talking with Ron DeRueda
and he told me he had bought the cue from the pawn
shop and sold it to someone in Texas as best he could
remember. I would dearly love to have that cue back...

Runde era Schon cues...

Here are a some I've sold over the last few years...wish I still had a few of these.

Enjoy...

Jeremy

Here is a rare Wrapless Schon LTD. At the time when I spoke to Evan this was only one of about 6 wrapless designs that had been built. I have seen a few more in recent years, but this was pretty rare when I picked it up a few years back.

I have bought and sold a number of much higher end custom cues like Capone, Bender, even a SouthWest, and for some reason I always held onto this cue since it was such a nice player. I have finally set it aside since I found a new magic wand, at least for now.

I used to own the wrapless cue. Sold it on Ebay about 4 years ago.

I talked to Evan about it and he told me that there were a few more of them, but none had the exact same sized inlays. 2 of them are supposedly in Asia

That ebony Runde is one awesome-looking cue. I keep wishing I had bought it when I saw it listed on eBay months ago. That's a real keeper. Ah well...

Schon I Own

I have had this for quite a while. I contacted Evan and he mentioned that there are 12 out there and all were sold before production was completed. I have never seen another one like it. I thought everyone would like to see it as it lives up to the name "Beautiful". Thanks Rod...
