Link to Chuck Starkey Jig

thank you very much, tom

At this time i am using the off set tailstock method on my hightower. but, i bought a table top router and made a wood jig just to cut the front piece
.I did not like the way it slid on the router top. so we are at this time building a all metal jig using linear rails to make it slde very smooth.

full splice jig

this jig is $500.00 and actual shipping cost from missouri.

been ask about cutting round stock, yes it can be done, but its best to make a square clamp from wood to fit the round stock, makes it much easier to keep the stock at exact even 90 degree cuts.

thanks to tom, for all his help, and everyone interested in this jig.

So thats what Chuck looks like eh. I would have never guessed.

Considering that he let his age slip a couple of times, he could have fooled me as he looks like a young pup yet.

all orders caught up to date

i will have another jig ready to ship by the first of july, who's next ?
